  Terrible service. My husband submitted the application, and we were told we would get an answer by the very next day. Well, that answer took almost two weeks. For the first few days, it was "under review"; after that, it was always the same answer—even that the person responsible for the review was on vacation. Was there no one to cover for her? We lost two weeks with everything already packed in boxes. We urgently need to move out of our current apartment. During the last rainstorm, the kitchen flooded; water got into the cabinets and came in through the front door, flowing into the kitchen. The apartment has dampness and a musty odor that is affecting our health; we are constantly sneezing and coughing. I don't have an ID, and that was the reason we weren't approved. Obviously, that must be Addie's policy, and I won't question that. What I do question is why it took two weeks to let us know we weren't approved because I lacked an ID. And we only found out because my husband went there in person to ask about the delay. Honestly, the staff needs retraining on application procedures. That information should have been provided on day one. This is the second apartment we've rented, and we never had any trouble getting approved before. We wouldn't have wasted so much time.   My Wife and I moved in to the Addie in May of this Year, and are Loving our new home. We have had a wonderful experience with the staff here at the Addie, A special shout-out to our maintenance team Aurther and Solomon. We had issues with our AC unit upon moving in. The Guy's supported us through every step of getting the issue resolved. They continue to be on top of any reported issues. They continue to show concern for our issues. Great service from Great people. Thank You!
