  Don’t move in here, it’s roach city. First day in we saw 3 roaches and it got worse over the next two days. Very un clean apartments, horrible work inside, baseboards were lifted. Leaks in the shower , cabinets broken. Big waste of time. Only thing I’ll say is that the leasing office responds fast but when I informed them of roaches they told me I had to wait till their “pest day” also parking spots are super close together , idk man better places.

  The drain in the master bathroom cover is still not anchored in. On the bottom level of my dishwasher, there are two wheels missing in the back. Without those wheels to lift it up, the rotating adulator can't spin. My screen doors is missing a second door and the seal is not there. There's a half an inch between the frame and the doors even when locked and bolted. Also, it feels like I am breaking into my own home every time I try to open that door. I am glad they did take the doors. He left his tools twice now.

  Infested with mold. ALL of my clothes have yellow stains on them bc of it and when I brought it to their attention and showed them the massive mold stain on the ceiling of my bathroom they just painted over it… yeah that really fixes the problem smh. That place is so gross.

  Dishwasher and garbage disposal weren’t working upon arrival. Any months that it wasn’t snowing there is wasps infesting everything. There are wasps nests in the bushes, inside patio lamps, inside the metal hand railing of the stairs, underneath the stairs. Wasps. Everywhere. Even upon moving in, my first day in the apartment there was a live wasp nesting inside the window. Completely overpriced for the terrible area. Complaints made to the front office are never resolved yet you will always receive an email claiming that it was. Neighbors are loud, they blast music at midnight. There are no cameras in the parking lot, so when someone hit my parked car, and stole my plates. I was informed that there was nothing I could do.

  This is truly the last straw with Liberty Creek. I’ve put up with a lot living here. I had holes in my wall for over a year that caused a rodent infestation. My girlfriend has been stalked here. Our car has been broken into. My fence is currently being held together by five pieces of wood. Now, I told maintenance multiple times that I had a leak in my bathroom. Dirty water was coming from my upstairs neighbor’s ceiling. They kept lying to me telling me that there was no leak. Now, my entire bathroom is growing black mold. This place is disgusting and has terrible maintenance. Move here if you want loud neighbors, no maintenance. I will be contacting an attorney regarding this issue as well. There is no reason I should have to deal with unsafe black mold because maintenance decided to not deal with an issue much sooner than they did. A simple leak turned into a potential lawsuit. Take a look at all the different spots I’m having mold growing. THANKS A LOT LIBERTY CREEK for caring about your residents!
