  Think carefully if you want to move in. The gates are just for show, out of the 2 years I lived there the gates were NEVER fixed or closed. There was a homeless man sleeping in the maintenance closet several nights outside my door (which was caught on camera). I sent emails, no response of course. They never answer the phone, leasing office has a high turnover rate. Always new faces. Pool was closed a lot of the summer because they are too cheap to have security to ensure pool rules are being respected. They’d rather make the entire complex pay for other’s mistakes. Small pond in the back is supposed to look nice for a walk but always looks disgusting and black/green water. Moving out was the best decision for me.

  The wrapping on my cabinets was peeling off. Put in a work order weeks ago. The young guy that came today replaced my drawer front with a size too small, replaced my cabinet fronts with various backing, on front had slices in it, one drawer and one for were not even addressed. Screws barely screwed in amd half way sticking out! Because I work overnight I was napping on my sofa for my night shift,he left wood shavings and a COMPLETE MESS on my floor and counter tops and said nothing when exiting leaving my home unsecured. He has access to keys and could have locked my door when exited but did not. When I showed pictures of the horrible work(the same as posted) the only redone was, "we'll have to talk to the maintenence manager" The proof is in the pictures for and physically still in my home. I've lived here 4yrs and this is the WORST I've seen!!!!

  Terrible maintenance service. I’ve been waiting two months for my A/C to be repaired and two weeks for someone to check my washing machine, which is not working. I go to the office almost every day and always get the same answer: “They’re on their way,” but no one ever shows up. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex with such poor maintenance service.

  Their leasing process takes quite a while and kinda sucks. They use this service called moved, within if you have pets you set up a pet screening account and profiles, but it doesn't work properly. There are german roaches here as well. Not even a few weeks after moving in, ac unit went bad. So far it's been a very frustrating situation.

  0000 stars! If you’re considering moving here, DON’T DO IT! My folks lived here for a year and could not wait to move out… where do I even begin? From roaches to non-working appliances, this place is a nightmare.. the worse came about during the holiday season last year, only one of the range/stove burners worked and the refrigerator went out.. it took them over a month to replace it with a used unit with missing shelves. My folks ended up loosing $ in loss food and meds. The office staff couldn’t care less when you complain.. you have to threaten to call state before anything gets done. Then you have neighbors who play loud music all night long..MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!
