  I asked repeatedly asked to see the unit. They couldn't show me a unit through virtual, in person or paper layout. Amenties not what was expected. Variety of maintenence issues. Cleaning was terrible. Appliances from yester year and was left with stove i couldn't cook on and toilet i had to reset for every flush. Grounds aren't kept up. Dog and goose poop everywhere. Trash everywhere and dumpsters are over flowing. Positive is Miss Joyceline who is super friendly, flooring is nice, master bedroom very spacious and great move in special

  We recently moved into this apartment and have had a terrible experience from the start. On the first day, the roof started leaking, which was extremely stressful while trying to move in. The apartment also looked rushed and poorly prepared. The paint job was done badly, paint was left in the bathtub, and the place was not cleaned properly before we arrived. We also had multiple maintenance problems right away. The sinks were broken, the toilets would not flush correctly, and the heater was not working. Living without proper heat made the apartment uncomfortable, and one of our family members even got sick during this time. Despite all these issues, management only offered us around $100 in compensation, which did not feel fair considering everything we dealt with. Overall, this apartment was not move-in ready, and the response to these problems was disappointing. I hope management improves maintenance, cleaning, and communication for future tenants.

  The gentlement that installed my dishwasher was courteous and professional. Love the quiet dishwasher that works now.

  worst experience ever DONT DO IT !! the apartment wasn’t ready for move in always was greeted with a bunch load of roaches was told the maintenance ppl were going to bomb and they beee showed up it’s honestly disgusting apartment wasn’t ready for filthy at move in nobody cleaned anything didn’t even try plz whatever you do take your money some where else they don’t even offer tours they’ll say they don’t have any to view they show you a nice looking one on a video to get you to move in and they are all very rude and inconsiderate of how ppl feel you should want to love your new home and no absolutely not worth the stress or time THEY SUCK!!!!
