  ⚠️‼️This apartment is honestly one of the worst places I have ever lived. The maintenance is terrible and extremely slow. You can report a problem multiple times and still wait forever for someone to actually do something. It feels like nobody cares about the condition of the apartments or the residents. The cleanliness is absolutely horrible. The apartment and common areas are so dirty that it feels like living in a nightmare. There are also roach problems, which makes the situation even worse. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the amount of rent residents are expected to pay. Another huge issue is the rent price. The amount being charged is not consistent, and the rent can be different from what you were expecting. You feel like you have to constantly check and question the charges. Overall, this place is dirty, poorly maintained, and overpriced. The lack of proper maintenance, cleanliness, and communication makes living here extremely stressful. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this apartment and looking somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews carefully before signing a lease.

  I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. My experience has been extremely disappointing. One of the biggest problems is the roach infestation. I have seen roaches inside the apartment, and it has been very frustrating and uncomfortable. Despite bringing up the issue, it has not been properly resolved. The apartment also has other problems, and overall the management has not done enough to make residents feel comfortable or valued. Paying rent every month while having to deal with roaches and ongoing issues is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering living here think twice and inspect the apartment carefully before signing a lease. This has been a very stressful and unpleasant experience.

  excelente servicio el de el señor Thayro de mantenimiento, muy eficiente y rapido con el cambio del microondas. Adicional a eso una muy buena atencion. 👍🏼

  Thayro was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He was quick to arrive, assess the sink, gave great education, and was courteous. I hope that the next time I need maintenance done at my home, that Thayro will be the one to answer the call!

  This is the absolute worst complex to live in. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They do their best when you first sign with them but then you’re basically non existent. The AC hasn’t been working for weeks and nobody shows up no matter how many times we have submitted requests and went to their office. It’s literally 85 degrees in our apartment. They have a gate which hasn’t even worked for years. You see homeless people trying on doors at all hours of the night. Their security is bullshit and so are they. Avoid this place at all costs. It can never be worse than this guys please do yourself a favor and never live here! And @Management, please stop responding with “please contact our team as soon as possible”. We are all coming here to leave a review because we did contact you and received no help whatsoever!
