- EDElva DiazSep 17, 20261.0These are terribleapartments do not live here About a month ago in my experience, here has been nothing but hell the hallways are all stained when I moved in. I was told that the building was being renovated. I have yet to see any construction in any of the building other than K they don’t have a date for when updates will be finished. The hallway stink there’s dog piss in the elevator. All the doors are broken the only thing that’s nice is the leasing office The leasing office agents are just a bunch of 20-year-olds who don’t know what they’re doing trying to get money and people to move into shitty apartments when you go on your tour tell them to give you a real rundown of the real hallways and your real room, not just the set up. These are cheap apartments for a reason. Neighbors play loud music security guard sucks. The gates are slow police over here every night ghetto area ghetto residence. Do not live here if you want to be happy live here if it is your last choice or you have section 8.
- TLTim LiashenkoSep 7, 20261.0This is the worst. Avoid this place at any cost. Homeless people. Armed criminals all over the place. My brother got beat up and his car was stolen on this property. Leasing office is full of scammers. They never refund money they promised. Bedbugs, mice, cockroaches. The entire complex stinks. Disgusting. Work ordered always ignored by management and maintenance team. Worst experience ever. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!
- TMTristan MamoloSep 5, 20265.0Had a problem with my stove and their maintenance technician name Malachi came to help me and put a new stove in for me. He also helped me when I was locked out of my apartment. The place is looking very nice and the inside of the building and the all the work The maintenance technician crew is definitely showing.
- AMAmauri MartinSep 3, 20265.0This place is amazing ! Service is great and excellent! Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to work orders ! The gym is very nice ! The community over all is safe and well maintained!
