  If I could give them 0 stars I would.. I couldn't post my review useless I gave a star. The way they treat minorities aside from their own Spanish people is absolutely the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. There was an African American girl inquiring about a unit and the treatment towards her was absolutely disgusting! I don’t care what position you hold you give everyone the same respect you would want in return. I will definitely be calling the appropriate parties to issue a complaint about the individuals in the office.

  Apartment was clean and move-in ready. Everyone from the office were helpful, respectful, real people persons. Throughout the complex everyone thus far has been friendly, kind and helpful. Everything the Complex is responsible for has been great!

  I've lived at Crestone since March 1, 2026. Hands down the best maintenance team I have ever seen! I had a towel bar that was falling off. They came in, fixed it, and then, carefully folded my towels back on to it. I know that seems small but it meant something to me. Also, my maintenance request was responded to in way less than 24 hours, handled promptly, professionally, and with a lot of friendliness. The community is quiet and diverse - young families, older people, singles - and it feels quiet and safe. I will add that the management/leasing team is also very professional. I'm happy to live here.
