  Mientras Uno es residente todo super bien.. ayuda y muy atentos... pero después de que uno se va. Y necesitamos un favor para los papeles que lleguen ahi, después de la mudanza, se portan indiferentes y ni una ayuda...

  This is a great place to live. I loved my apartment layout and I felt safe having a gated community/pin to come in the buildings. It also has nice amenities and a very helpful staff.

  The pool area is invaded every weekend and other days by people not even living at the Crestone. Underage drinking, use of glass bottles, music volume decibels at illegal conditions , many times lasting until late hours of the night. The noise ordinance is constantly being broken by persons that Do Not even live at the Crestone. We have seen them drive up in their cars from outside the facility and park anywhere as the vehicle gates are always broken. What is sad, is that there is no level of concern for the safety and security and respect of the tenants that live here. The pool should be shut down to control these issues. Many times it has been reported to the staff, security, and police.

  I previously commented making a bad review about this community and now I regret doing that. I spoke to Mary and she’s very professional and she resolved my issues right away. I have No complaints at all about any issues any longer.

  I appreciate the professional, yet friendly way the management team at Crestone operates. Always positive and willing to go out of the way for their tenants, and property vendors. Would recommend to anyone.
