  This place has so many issues that it’s hard to start describing what’s wrong with it. When I initially moved in, I had applied for one apartment, but they ended up giving me another one. After letting them know about the error, it took them around 4 hours to find the right apartment and do all the paperwork. The apartment they gave us was super dirty because they were not prepared for us, and that was the first red flag. After moving in and settling into the apartment, they started doing construction with a night shift crew. So I not only had to endure loud banging at 2:00 a.m, but they were also blasting music. I showed them the video, and the assistant manager agreed with me that the music was unacceptable. Later on, I emailed them, and she said she couldn’t hear anything. That’s a constant pattern that repeats: they are not helpful, don’t take any sort of accountability, and they also try to gaslight you. Fast forward to now, I started seeing cockroaches every day. I reported it, and they said that no one else has had any issues. But I know I’m not the only one because the whole building happens to be infested with them. They are all over the walls, stairs, halls, etc. Not only that, but they are German roaches, so they reproduce very fast. Yet according to them, “they have no issues.” So please go ahead and find a better place to live than an overpriced, roach-infested building. If I could give them zero stars I would. Edit: After explaining the situation to management, they reached out to us and addressed the issues, got an exterminator and the situation with the roaches got significantly better. Their maintenance team is top tier and they are always on top of the requests, and you don’t have to wait too long. Overall, there were a lot of issues yes, but they were able to turn around our experience and make something positive out of it. Shoutout to Mandie and the maintenance team, they were truly amazing.
