My name is Wendy Iwanaga and I bring excitement and compassion as a Certified Escrow Officer to the Yorba Linda office of Coast Cities Escrow. With over 25 years in escrow, I have developed intense care for all of my clients and treat them like they are my family as I guide them through the stress of buying and selling as well as celebrate with them when the transaction successfully closes. I love working for Coast Cities because of the great support from the company as well as from the assistants in my office which allows me to do the best job for my clients. All of that constant support has helped me to receive the company’s highest achievement of Hall of Fame Platinum Award from 2015 to 2021. When not working, I love to travel!
