While one has initial contact with AI Emma, the second and most important contact is with their caring and professional staff. We had the good fortune of having Mike work with us, show us the property and discuss what's available and next steps. Not having to do another self guided tour was amazing. And no high pressure sales crap. Love this place and its employees! We will definitely be applying.
