  I’ve lived here for a year and just upgraded to a 2 bedroom. I really enjoy living at The Bryant. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, everything has been excellent. A special shout out to Tamara in the office! She made my transfer easy and helped me find the perfect unit. I plan on staying here for years to come.

  Tamara helped me on my first day of move in. I went to drop off a cashiers check super short on time. She answered all my questions and helped me complete the apartment inspection. She was professional, friendly and efficient.

  BEFORE YOU APPLY: Read reviews on multiple sites and get EVERYTHING in writing—unit/features, fees, pet requirements, and use email for communication. The tour sold me, but leasing was very different. We applied 7/18, paid $100 in application fees + a $400 holding deposit, then spent 3+ weeks chasing a lease we were repeatedly told was coming “today.” Communication was mostly vague AI-style texts. After finally sending the lease, they introduced a pet-screening process that had never previously been disclosed, charged another $60, said it could take up to 2 weeks, and said pets couldn’t move in if not cleared—yet expected the lease signed first. Get your exact unit/features in writing too. I almost got the wrong unit. Manager Kim genuinely tried to fix it, which I appreciated, but the other leasing associates seemed unable to resolve even basic issues without relying on her. Older reviews mention collections, pests, mold, flooding, and dog waste left on balconies. I also noticed an older Yelp page marked closed while another exists. You can also feel the train vibration so get something in the middle or back. The frustrating part is that I think this property could easily be 5 stars and probably command higher rents. The property itself made a great first impression, but the management and leasing experience undermined it. At roughly $3,000–$3,300+ per month, one lost annual lease can represent around $36,000–$40,000 in rent. Losing prospective residents over communication and preventable process issues seems completely unnecessary.
