I booked a tour here and 1. the leasing agent was almost 15 min late 2. after waiting about 15 minutes in the main lobby (with a bunch of people getting ready for prom and blasting travis scott), i was not even greeted by who I think is the manager - she asked if I was aware that the 2 bedrooms didnt have a washer and dryer in unit, I said no, and she responded with an ugly attitude and said "well, ive been trying to call you". I left the property and didnt even tour. Such a bad first impression upon arrival I didnt even want to tour the community.

It was super helpful to be able to drive the truck close to the K. building where we could unload easier. However, the unevenness of the ground means that the elevator doesn’t go exactly to the third floor, nor does the elevator actually reach the ground. So my moving guys had an awful lot of work to do to get large bulky items up the stairs. On top of that, my couch was really large and it didn’t fit in the elevator. So, it would be great if there was an elevator with a larger door and bigger capacity somewhere on the property, even if it means walking across the bridges to get from the elevator to the unit.

I’ve been living here for some time now. I love it here. It’s quiet and well maintained. They even have a dog park for your furry friends. Maintenance is amazing. Manuel gets back very quickly and will take care of the issue same day. Highly recommend.

My experience living at The Villas at Woodland Hills was absolutely terrible. From start to finish, dealing with the management company was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have ever had.
The biggest issue was the management. I constantly felt ignored, dismissed, and unsupported whenever problems came up. Communication was poor, follow through was lacking, and basic professionalism often seemed nonexistent. As a tenant, you expect at least a reasonable level of competence and respect, and I did not feel that was provided here.
My interactions with Gilbert, the property manager, were especially disappointing. In my experience, the property was not managed properly at all. Issues were not handled in a way that made me feel heard or valued, and the overall experience left me feeling stressed and frustrated far more often than any tenant should feel in their own home.
Living here was exhausting, and I would never want to go through that experience again. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to do very careful research before signing a lease.
I just got off a call with Fred to schedule a tour and truly had a great experience. I haven't even seen the apartment yet in person, but his energy and enthusiasm on call was so contagious. He was not only attentive to my request, but cared to know more about how to best help, with the best sense of humor. That call was was a great welcome to the area! Thanks Fred, excited to tour soon!
