Tenant without electric car occupied the charger parking lot,and if you have an electric car you have to go outside and charge it. They bill you extra every month . They use balcony to dry clothing . They use balcony as a storage . No one talk to them . Pay your rent , do anything you want . No rule, .lot of packages gone . From outside coming inside building and steal packages . I myself lost over 10 packages . When I complained they said it’s not their job. They right . It’s not their job. Their job is charging tenants.NEVER RECOMMEND.
- GGGaryJun 6, 20265.0Over here at The Resort where I live, Emilio came by today to handle some maintenance requests that I had put into the system. The main one was the garbage disposal was acting, weird and not working and the lesser one was just adjusting some cabinet hardware to make sure the doors stayed closed. He was very friendly and quick at dealing with the issues and did a great job getting me back to normal with no stress. Highly recommend.
