  From the moment we visited The Boulevard, we had such a wonderful experience. Debra was our leasing agent, and I cannot say enough about how kind, patient, welcoming, and thorough she was. My husband and baby were with me, and she made all of us feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. I am very inquisitive and tend to ask A LOT of questions, and Debra answered every single one with patience and detail. We explained what we were looking for in a home for our family, and she really listened. By the end of our visit, The Boulevard went from being another apartment community we were considering to somewhere we could genuinely picture making our home. We also had the pleasure of meeting Caroline, the Assistant Manager, who was just as warm and helpful. She worked alongside Debra to make sure our application process went smoothly and that our questions were addressed. Apartment searching in California can be stressful and overwhelming, especially for a family, but Debra and Caroline gave us the kind of experience every prospective resident hopes to have. What I take to heart most is the integrity with which they treated us. We felt respected, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. That means a great deal to me and my family. Regardless of where the process ultimately takes us, I wanted to recognize Debra and Caroline for the way they treated our family. If you are considering visiting The Boulevard, ask for Debra; you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Debra and Caroline, for making our experience such a positive and memorable one. ❤️

  Had a great experience working with Stuart. He gave me my tour and stayed my main point of contact all the way through move-in. Any time I had a question about paperwork or what I needed to get done, he got back to me fast and made sure it was handled. Made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected.

  The Boulevard is the greatest place rent in the entire Valley. From the way I was treated like family by members of the leasing office. Starting with Stuart he’s very pleasant and his professional demeanor makes me feel extremely valued. Debra has also been helpful throughout the process answering every question in detail. Melissa and Caroline are the best Manager and Assistant Manager, they are very patient and helpful and always willing to go out of their way to help me get in this community. The Building is beautiful, and the people are great. The boulevard is Highly Recommend.

  I hope you guys have time to read this, because I'm going to do some name dropping: Personally, I've been trying to get into this complex since February, 2026. It is now mid July, 2026. Should be completely transparent, I've been approved since february. That is to say that I've had an apartment waiting for me, secured and held for me since February. I'm involved in a VA military program that will subsidize many of my expenses, but the paperwork process ended up taking a lot longer than it should have. That had very little to do with the officers, managers, and owner of this complex. Adversely, even though many mistakes were made by a couple of "middlemen", that ended up extending the process, there are two people that championed this process to make sure that it went through in spite of the "middleman" hitches. Stuart Tong, leasing officer, is the first gentleman that I met when I arrived at this complex in February. He did my intake, show me around the grounds, I met with maintenance, a few tenants, and even their pets! To say that I was treated like family and made to feel more than welcome would be an understatement. And over the past 5 months, they went on to prove this by making sure that the process continued as smoothly as possible. Mr Tong is championed by one, Melissa Crosby, the on-site manager. Although I have yet to personally shake hands with Miss Crosby, she has been diligent in keeping in contact with me and letting me know, firsthand, what's going on with the process in real time. Responding to emails in as little as 2 minutes. Both of these people have gone out of their way, in my opinion, to see that I was aware of my importance to the building, even before I moved into it. I'm doing this review now, and even though I haven't moved in yet, I have no surprises as far as what to expect, and Mr Tom called me today to let me know that I have a move-in date, tentatively, of the 22nd. My point is that these people have worked for me for the past 5 months, as though I was already a tenant. For anyone considering moving into this complex, I suggest going ahead and pulling the trigger. The only thing in the 91364 area that is better than the amenities that are offered by this building, are the people that live and work here.

  The Boulevard has been a great place to call home for the past 6 months. Our loft is spacious and has good natural lighting. My wife and I have consistently had our maintenance requests resolved within 24 hours, enjoyed meeting other in our community and going to the events that the staff hosts occasionally. Stuart in particular has been a shining example of what a great leasing agent looks like. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. The Boulevard also has convenient access to Target, Trader Joe’s, Costco and Whole Foods, as well as good bars like The Local Peasant, HQ Gastropub. It is a special place!
