  I lived at Sorrell Warner Center, and while the inside of the apartments is nice, my overall experience was disappointing. The building is advertised as non-smoking, but cigarette and marijuana smoke are common in the hallways and around the property, and management does not seem to effectively enforce the non-smoking policy. The property is also not kept as clean as it should be. There are frequent issues with pet waste around the grounds, and some common areas are not maintained well. Another frustration is that the gate and entry system can be inconvenient, as the keys do not always provide access through all of the surrounding gated entrances. Maintenance requests are not always addressed as quickly as they should be. The biggest issue for me was the lack of consideration from some residents. Loud TVs, surround sound systems, music, smoking, and general noise made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment. Unfortunately, the community does not always feel respectful or well-maintained. The apartments themselves are attractive, but the overall living experience did not match what I expected from the property.

  Waste of time, money and energy. Give it a little time and watch the tables turn for the worst. Do not rent here!

  I have been pleased with my apartment here. Property manager Jay has been very helpful and responsive throughout the leasing process and since I moved in. He is professional and makes himself available whenever needed. The apartment layout is well-designed and practical.

  Before the property was sold, the previous owner attracted a lot of tenants with very low prices. Unfortunately, the quality of the complex went downhill after that. The property became much dirtier, trash is often left around the grounds, and management does not seem to care enough about maintaining the place properly. Another major issue is utility billing. The water bills make absolutely no sense. A smaller 2-bedroom apartment with fewer residents can somehow end up paying more than a larger 3-bedroom unit. There are no visible meter readings provided, so tenants are basically expected to trust whatever numbers management comes up with. I eventually moved out and honestly do not regret it.
