  Do not move to this place. It is extremely disorganized. They charge you extra for everything, and the price they’re charging isn’t even justified because all the amenities are out of service most of the time. I’ve gone more than five days without hot water in my shower. I have to turn the water on 15 minutes before taking a shower just for it to get a little warm, not even completely hot. The monthly fees are excessive, the pool is dirty and smells bad, there is no maintenance, and there is no control over anything. The person who works at the front, whose name I don’t know, is extremely disrespectful with her comments and doesn’t solve anything. I made a complaint before moving in or on the day I moved in because they gave me the apartment in disgusting condition: dirty and worn out. I’ve been waiting four months for them to fix things, which obviously is not going to happen. This situation is completely deplorable. I could say the management is the worst in Woodland Hills. Out of all the places I’ve lived, this is the worst. They treat you well until they get you to sign the lease, and after that, they don’t care about anything that happens in your unit. I don’t even waste my time anymore going to talk to the people who work here because they are completely useless, incapable of doing their jobs properly, and disrespectful. I don’t know what kind of frustration they have with their lives, especially Luma, with that extremely degrading attitude she has. Definitely do not move here. Pay attention to the reviews posted here and save your money. Or if you’re going to pay this much for a place, go rent somewhere that actually cares about the community.

  I lived at Sofi Warner Center and genuinely enjoyed my time there. My favorite part was being so close to everything while still coming home to a community that felt peaceful and comfortable. The property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and overall I have some really good memories from living there. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

  I had such a great experience touring Sofi Warner Center! From the moment I walked in, the property was beautiful, clean, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are impressive, the apartments are modern, and the location is perfect with so much nearby in Woodland Hills. The tour was also great! Kenya was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I definitely left the tour impressed and can see why people like it here.

  My cousin lives here and I decided to stop by the office to tour. The leasing agent was with someone so the manager Kenya helped me with information and a tour. She was super chill, friendly, informative, and the kind of manager I would want wherever I live. Definitely coming back to rent when my lease ends this November.

  I really wanted to like living at Sofi Warner Center, but my experience reflected many of the same issues that keep coming up in other reviews. Maintenance requests takes much longer than expected or just left open, and it’s frustrating to move into a unit with things that should have been fixed before move-in. On top of the rent, the recurring charges for utilities and other fees make the actual monthly cost much higher than advertised!! The property also doesn’t seem to be maintained as well as it should be. Shared areas can be dirty. Communication from management is inconsistent, and getting clear answers or lasting solutions can be very frustrating. The business center is another big disappointment! It’s supposed to be a useful amenity for residents, but it’s often unavailable, or not stocked with basic supplies when needed. Equipment doesn’t always work properly, and when issues are reported, they don’t seem to be addressed. For a property that advertises these amenities as part of the living experience, it’s frustrating that they’re not consistently functional. The location is great, but take it from someone that has been living there for quite sometime, that’s not enough to make up for the ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, amenity, and communication issues. There are better-managed apartment communities in the area that offer a better overall value.
