  If you’re considering moving here, RUN! As someone who currently lives here, I can speak from experience that this place has gone downhill fast. The lights have been out in the stairwell we use to get from our car to our unit, causing it to be pitch black, resulting in a fall. No one seems to care. The lights are still out. My bathtub has been running for days and we found black mold, and despite sending multiple emails and calling the leasing office (no one has answered a single time), the issues persist. The garage door constantly breaks, granting anyone access. This place is a nightmare. There are many options in the area, so spare yourself the headache.

  Move in a unit and pay a big deposit just to have the shower constantly leaking. The water will not turn off all the way you constantly have excessive dripping and if this is inspected as rent ready move-in, I don’t know what these people are thinking. Definitely not happy with The constant 24 seven water leak from the shower beyond annoying and unprofessional to say this unit is ready for moving. It was not leaking that bad at the inspection and we thought it would be fixed because it was noticeably an issue.

  I had a great experience with women who work in Leasing Office and shows a tours. I came with my partner, and on the first time she explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was very polite and helpful with all our questions. The second time, she kindly accepted us without an appointment after our call. She warmly welcomed me and my partner and once again took the time to answer all our questions about the application process. Overall, she was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you!!
