We’ve been residents here for six years, and a lot has changed during that time. One thing that has remained consistently great is the maintenance team. We especially appreciate Jonathan. He’s always been quick to respond, professional, and respectful whenever he enters our home. We truly value his hard work. The exterior renovations have been a nice improvement, and it’s great that the EV chargers are finally functional. However, it’s frustrating that I often can’t charge my car because gas-powered vehicles are parked in the charging spaces. If I get home late from work, I’m usually out of luck. These spots should be enforced for electric vehicles that are actively charging; otherwise, it defeats the purpose of installing the chargers. Another ongoing issue has been the trash. I feel bad for the porters and maintenance staff who have to deal with overflowing trash on every floor. The smell can be awful. This has been happening for years, and while management regularly sends reminder emails, they clearly aren’t solving the problem. There are two trash chutes, but only one is open. Reopening the second chute could help reduce the overflow. The elevator padding and garage gate are also frustrating. If the elevator protection boxes aren’t going to be available when needed, what’s the point of having them? The garage gate is another concern because non-residents often block the entrance, leaving residents with no choice but to open the gate for them. On top of that, people constantly speed through the garage. I’ve nearly been hit several times, and it doesn’t feel safe. My biggest frustration is the ongoing package theft. Over the years, we’ve reported stolen packages multiple times, but our concerns have always felt dismissed by the leasing office. It makes me wonder what the purpose of having cameras and added security in the mailroom is if nothing is done to help residents when theft occurs. Packages are often left unattended on the floor, and I wish the leasing office would bring them into the office when they notice them sitting there. Cameras alone won’t stop theft if no action is taken. Overall, there have been some positive improvements to the property, and we truly appreciate the maintenance staff, especially Jonathan. However, after six years, many of the same issues remain unresolved. I hope management starts taking more meaningful action to address these long-standing concerns and improve the experience for residents.

If you’re considering moving here, be aware that apartment-related issues and maintenance requests can take 2–3 months to be resolved after they’re submitted. The leasing office’s response is typically that all tenants are experiencing the same delays.I’ve lived here for two years, and I’ve repeatedly had to wait months for both leasing-related issues and maintenance requests. If timely communication and prompt repairs are important to you, this is something to keep in mind before signing a lease

Overall, I truly enjoy living here and appreciate the effort management has put into improving the community. The updates to the amenities, including securing the mailroom, adding controlled access to the gym, and the improvements to the parking, have been noticeable and are appreciated. It’s clear that there has been an investment in enhancing the property. That said, I believe there are a few more pressing issues that deserve priority, particularly those related to resident safety and the overall living experience. My biggest concern is security. The new call box system was installed earlier this year, but it has never functioned properly. As a result, the elevators no longer provide controlled access to the residential floors, and at this point anyone can enter the building. Additionally, the stairwell door on the ground level next to the elevator has been broken for months, creating another unsecured entry point into the building. These issues have existed for quite some time and, in my opinion, should take priority over additional cosmetic improvements.

Got our monthly bill, and honestly, residents here are getting overcharged. Our water bill is over $100 a month, and it’s just me and my fiancé. On top of that, we’re being charged more than $55 for gas, even though we already pay SoCal Gas directly for our unit’s gas service. When I went to the office to ask about it, management told me the gas charge helps cover the community fire pit and the three BBQs on the property—BBQs that don’t even work properly. Why are residents being charged for amenities like this, especially when it was never clearly disclosed in the lease? The lack of transparency is frustrating. Residents deserve a clear explanation of what they’re paying for and why these extra charges continue to increase. Extremely unprofessional.

We have been living in this property for quite some time now, and it is getting unbearable to deal with this. Management never fixes any issues, their only “solution” is to send an email. Whenever we complain about something all they do every once in a while is send an email reminding tenants about property rules, which people don’t really care about. Pool area is absolutely disgusting, as someone whose apartment faces the pool my family and I cant even stay at home in peace. Kids and adults are SCREAMING all day long non stop, having parties, bringing bunch of people etc. Upstairs neighbors dragging, what sounds like, furniture till 3am. People walk and let their dogs pee under other tenants windows. The response we get “just write the exact date and time when something happens”, and then nothing. For maintenance you need to fight for something to get fixed. You put a request and it gets marked as completed yet nothing is fixed, and when you go tell the management the answer is either “they had no access to the apt” (which is a lie, because we always mark that they can enter the apartment, plus they have tenants contact info for a reason) or “we only have one maintenance employee”. And of course the trash thats always piled up. The only good thing about this apartment complex is the floor planning.
