- MMmehdi mahan1 day ago1.0I’ve lived at City View Apartments for almost two years, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it. Cleaning and maintenance are poor, the office staff are often unhelpful and unpleasant, and there are unnecessary and frustrating administrative restrictions. Worst of all is the lack of security. We’ve been victims of theft twice, and homeless individuals frequently sleep in the hallways and common areas. We simply don’t feel safe living here.

Her work ethic and exemplary kindness left a lasting positive impression, as she was among the most considerate individuals I had the pleasure of meeting. I trust that her diligent efforts are fully appreciated and acknowledged.

The apartment complex is extremely dirty with homeless walking freely and rummaging through the trash bins. The complex is deteriorating from the ground up.lack of security cameras. Main gates have been vandalized and are not accessible. Second floor walk balcony is caving in and is held up by a wooden beam. Management is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Calling for a work order is pointless due to lack of training and quality of equipment. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!! NOT WORTH 3,000 a month.

- MMMflexJan 26, 20211.0The apartment doesn’t have a good management. Every month they have a water leak so they shut down the water. Gate is always broken and transients come in and break into cars. Beware of the extra charges on your bill. If you pay 1800 for a 1 bedroom for rent, expect to pay close to $2,000. Management charges you for trash, water, and everything they don’t want to cover and pay for. Plus a $2 convenience fee. Not sure for who’s convenience. They allow section 8 here so beware the issues that sometimes come with that.
