  Very friendly staff all around!!!The Management Team Jessica and Lexi are really on top of things and resolve any issues promptly and also communicate with the tenants very clearly and quickly which I highly appreciate! The maintenance team is amazing and super quick with any repairs and maintenance requests!Especially Patty is always so nice and helpful and really cares about the community and takes great care of it!

  I want to thank Alexi at Portofino Townhomes for the outstanding service experience she provided to me this week. She is very personable, knowledgable and kind. She answered all of my questions and took the time to addressed of my concerns. I was impressed with how patiently she interacted with current and prospective tenants as they came in. When our appointment ended I was thoroughly convinced that I wanted to become a Portofino resident. Thank you Alexi, it is people like you that sincerely make a DIFFERENCE.

  "I recently went in for a tour and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to Alexi Mendoza. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless. She provided clear, detailed information regarding availability and really knows her stuff. I was particularly impressed with the community amenities, especially the gym—it is well-equipped and maintained. It’s clear Alexi is a great fit for her role and truly cares about helping potential residents. Highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for a place!"

  Living at Portofino Townhomes has been a great experience, and a huge part of that is because of the amazing team that runs this community. The maintenance crew is always on top of things, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about keeping the property in great shape.I especially want to highlight Jessica, the manager. She’s been here for about a year now, and the difference she’s made is incredible. She’s sweet, professional, and always gets things done. You can really see how much she’s cleaned up and improved the property since taking over. It feels more organized, safer, and better maintained than ever.The location is another big plus — it’s close to Long Beach, which makes commuting and weekend plans super convenient, and the surrounding area is solid and getting better.Overall, I’d definitely recommend Portofino Townhomes to anyone looking for a well‑managed, comfortable place to live with a team that truly cares about the community.
