  I have been living here for almost 2 years. The units are really pretty inside, gorgeous kitchen, open floor plan. The issue is management and getting them to address any concern. Our upstairs neighbors are excessively loud, trash gets thrown on our porch from upstairs, yet nothing changes. Nancy was really accommodating and helpful moving in, but once you’re in, you’re just another number. Any concern we bring up is met with *no response*. Just save yourself the headache. If you have good neighbors this place is great. If not, don’t expect them to help you.

  I’ve been leaving here for three years and the management and the Apartments are very nice Quiet comfortable and safe . And Nancy she’s a very professional nice person every time you need anything she answered you right away!

  I have not lived here as a tenant, but would like to share my experience coming to tour the property. When I initially called Pacific West Villas, I had asked them if they had any two bedroom two bath, first floor units available and they said they did. I let them know I was coming from Menifee, which is about an hour and a half away. When I arrived, there is no clarity if there’s a leasing office or not. I called the number that I was giving and let them know I was there. The lady who answered, said she was gonna send someone to open the unit. That was it she did not come help us tour the property. The worst part of it all was that when the apartment complex was open , it literally reeked so bad in there. I could not even tour the apartment because of the horrendous smell coming from the unit. On top of that it was so dirty, which is surprising, because typically model units are supposed to look nice. The pictures advertised are nice, but the apartment itself is extremely small. For the price you’re better off renting in other areas.

  Bad customer service and rude... Lady name nacy would schedule you and then all of sudden she will say it's sold.. but the next day an apartment or 3 are still open available... Really bad service

  Avoid this place at all costs. Thin walls, loud neighbors and management doesn't care. Living here has been hell for my wife and son. Strongly don't recommend living here.
