  tldr: location is nice and the layouts are open and comfortable. There are a lot of issues otherwise that make this a negative experience overall. This includes maintenance issues, package delivery problems, the garbage rooms are nasty and always full, parking is terrible with not enough spots, and the management can only shrug and roll their eyes when asked what they are doing about the recent garage break ins. Looking forward to the "please contact us so we can discuss your concerns" response below. It's been almost 3 weeks since the break ins and I'm still waiting for my questions to be answered. Lets start there. The good: Location is great for most things. The trails are nice for afternoon walks or runs. The shopping center is a short walk away and has everything you would need. The apartment itself is pretty comfortable. New and modern feeling with an open floorplan. The area is also really quiet. We live on the bottom floor and don't usually have any sound problems. The ok stuff: Pool is fine. Kind of weirdly shallow but can get a nice dip in when it's hot out. The gym is usually good but can get crowded. The AC is currently out and has been for a while, see other maintenance issues below. They do have garages but they are all different sizes so you could get a nice big one or a smaller one. All the same price. You only get 1 access fob per person. You can't even pay to get another one as a backup or for guests or family. Kind of weird but not a deal breaker. The bad: Recently ours and several other garages were burglarized. No one knows how they got into the building, even with all the cameras everywhere, and we can't get any answers about what is being done to prevent this. The cameras are not really there for our safety or anything but to protect the complex. We lost thousands of dollars and management won't commit to doing anything to prevent it from happening again. The junk fees. There is a $25 a month fee per apartment for security. 400 apartments or so. $10000. But no security. Supposedly there is a security patrol "nightly" where they drive through. We were told that is a courtesy though, not really a service. Still waiting to hear where that $10000 goes. $15 a month for the package machine. Delivery drivers don't have to put packages in it so usually you're just searching through the pile in the main room. Sometimes they will get put in the machine but it malfunctions and your box is empty. Kind of defeats the purpose. We have had more than one issue getting maintenance. The oven went out on a Sunday. I called in to the emergency line as I was in the middle of a 2 week meal prep. Ended up losing most of it half cooked because no one showed up until I went in to the office on Wednesday to ask for an eta. They claim they tried to come by but no one was home. Except I was home all day and no one came by. Other maintenance issues include the building leaking when it rains. This has been "fixed" 3 times but there is still a puddle in the carpeted hallway when it rains. It took months to get them to stop storing garbage in the garage next to ours. Likely because they ran out of room in the garbage rooms. It would cause the hallway to smell like a dump. The only thing that stopped them was someone renting the garage. The mailroom door was broken for 4 months. Not sure why it took 4 months to fix a door. But gives an idea of how important maintenance items are handled. The pool and spa have been closed for months at a time so hard to say that's an amenity. Parking. There just aren't enough spots. They mis planned the allocation and did not plan for guest spots. If you have more than 1 car you're basically screwed. The trash rooms are pretty much always full. If they skip a day then you'll find piles of trash next to the dumpsters. Over holidays the door ends up blocked from all the trash pilling up. It was a terrible idea to do it this way. Overall this could definitely be a 3-4 star place but it has gone down hill drastically in the last few months. It's unfortunate.

  Antovia was amazing! She was so fun and personable. Defiantly a great experience walking through with her! And the apartments seem like good quality, light bright and safe.

  Going into 6 months living at these apartments. It started out really good, the move in process was very smooth and the amenities are very nice. The apartments are very modern on the inside but noticed how cheaply the apartments were made. I constantly have to tighten the toilet paper handle because it falls off all the time and same with the towel hanger. Parking is very bad as well due to very limited availability for guests and other residents. I’m currently dealing with loud upstairs neighbors and in the process of reporting the incident, (I will update on how they handle the situation). Staff is very nice and easy to talk with.

  I’ve been living here for 8 months now and at first it started off great but for about 5 months now I’ve been having marijuana smell come into my apartment everyday. It can be at 9am, 5pm and 12 in the morning! I have mentioned this over and over again to management for months now and nothing has been done, I have a 6 year old daughter and I don’t need my daughter smelling this! We are a no smoking complex yet they’re smoking marijuana everyday. No one wants to come home after working all day and next thing you know your whole place smells like weed! Management doesn’t do anything and it’s really frustrating!
