BE CAREFUL APPLYING HERE!! I applied in February and got denied. They sent me $100 back via check. Then a debt collector is requesting money that I owe to them! The debt collector said it could be from an Application fee but that I was not supposed to owe anything if I was denied. I had to send in proof and I’m still fighting it in July! Ridiculous!!

We've been here for a year and just renewed our lease. We've really enjoyed our time here. The gym and co-working spaces are great, and the staff and management have always been helpful and quick to respond whenever we've needed anything. Definitely happy with our experience so far.

All the leasing office were super helpful with my move in from start to finish, made the entire process as a first time renter super easy. The units are immaculate compared to other apartments I’ve viewed and centrally located to every thing you would need on a daily basis. Highly recommend.

I chose not to renew my lease due to safety concerns and management’s response to them. In February, my vehicle was broken into on the property. A police report was filed, and an officer responded, but I received little to no follow-up from management. When I asked about security camera footage, I was told they would review it, but later said they could not find anything relevant when the break in happened a day after. Residents also pay a security-related fee, yet I rarely saw any visible security presence other than the cameras. Interestingly, it wasn’t until I submitted my notice to vacate and cited the break-in and safety concerns as my reason for leaving that security was announced for the community. Another concern is the resident communication platform. Posts related to safety and community concerns are denied and never made visible to other residents, limiting transparency and preventing residents from staying informed. Overall, I did not feel that resident safety concerns were addressed with the urgency, communication, or transparency I expected.

This was one of the worst-managed apartment communities we have ever lived in. We repeatedly complained—around 15 times—about extreme upstairs neighbor noise, including constant running and stomping during quiet hours (3:00 AM and 6:30 AM). Despite multiple reports, management did nothing meaningful to resolve the issue. There was zero real enforcement of quiet hours, and residents were left to deal with it on their own. Basic property maintenance was also poor. Hallways were often dirty, and elevators were not properly cleaned, which made the building feel neglected and poorly maintained overall. There was also a very disturbing safety incident where someone rang our doorbell at 2:00 AM and tried to open our door for nearly 20 minutes. When we reported this serious situation, management could not identify the person due to lack of security cameras on the second floor. Only the first-floor elevator area had cameras, which is completely inadequate for resident safety. When we moved out before completing the lease term, and the amount sent to collections within a very short time, without proper notice by mail or email. When we contacted management, we were told it was due to a “new system” that automatically sends accounts to collections, which is unacceptable handling of a tenant account. Overall, this property felt poorly managed, unresponsive to serious complaints, and careless with both resident comfort and safety. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting here.
