I’ve lived in Mediterranean Village since 2019 and I’ve never taken the time to review because, as residents, we take it for granted but hats off to all of them. They are all welcoming, fast in resolving issues with maintenance or others, they keep the gardens, property, gym, washers and dryers clean and keep us in the loop with what’s going on with the buildings. Much Appreciation to the staff !

This building is absolutely magical. First moment, you know. The koi pond the courtyard, as well as a walkable access to the town. Staff is very helpful and kind. Current management, Gerardo, is a perfect fit for such location. After 22 years, so glad to be here.

Gerardo has been absolutely incredible throughout my apartment application process. I am currently moving across the country for a new job, and he has gone above and beyond to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Since I was unable to tour the unit in person, he took the time to send me additional photos and answer all of my questions. He has been incredibly responsive, patient, and kind every step of the way. Outstanding customer service is hard to find!

I had a great experience at this apartment! The complex is quiet and clean. Management is very responsive and helpful. I stayed in a studio, I would recommend a larger unit if you can swing it because the lighting would be a bit better. Overall, excellent experience and I would live here again if I come back to West Hollywood!
I've lived in many apartment complexes across the country, and this one is, without a doubt, my favorite BY FAR. The leasing and approval process was simple and efficient - I toured with Serenity (absolutely lovely to work with) last-minute on a Sunday, and applied that evening, signed a couple days later. On move-in, Gerardo (the property manager) personally inspected the apartment with me, and made sure to make his maintenance team aware of any small issues he noticed (minor things like a cupboard loose and shower draining slowly). The property staff actually care about you and your experience as a resident - I bugged Gisselle about so many things, even I was getting frustrated with myself - but she was so nice about it and quickly solved all of the issues. The staff seem to love their jobs which is sooo nice to experience as a resident. It's an older building, so of course there's a few more problems than a new build, but the maintenance team (I've met both Emilio and Marvin - really fun duo) are so quick with things. The property is beautiful (koi pond?!) and is so well maintained. This is DEFINITELY where I'm living for the rest of the time I'm in LA.
