  I've lived in Domain for over 2 years, and the change in quality with the new ownership is apparent. The building is fantastic, but the experience has taken a major impact. No organization or responsibility - I've been locked out of my apartment for multiple days because of an "expired" key fob that they don't know how to reprogram, I never received a renewal notice even though my lease was set to expire in 30 days, and when I do go to the office to resolve the issues in person, the staff is clueless. Recommend choosing another property if you care about timely responses and the resident experience!

  I've really enjoyed living here so far and have had a great overall experience with the community. I’ve also had a great experience with the maintenance team here. They’re always super responsive, friendly, and very helpful whenever something comes up. Thanks!
