  I've lived in Domain for over 2 years, and the change in quality with the new ownership is apparent. The building is fantastic, but the experience has taken a major impact. No organization or responsibility - I've been locked out of my apartment for multiple days because of an "expired" key fob that they don't know how to reprogram, I never received a renewal notice even though my lease was set to expire in 30 days, and when I do go to the office to resolve the issues in person, the staff is clueless. Recommend choosing another property if you care about timely responses and the resident experience!

  lived here for the past year, trying to get the deposit check back, no response or answer on the deposit check, moved out a month and a half ago

  We have lived here since October 2018 and the building has gotten better and better over time. The response to maintenance requests has always been prompt, except for during COVID, but it is even faster now. The amenities here are really great-ie pool, gym and bbq and dining area. The management staff is the best we have ever had! They go out of there way to organize really fun community events; they serve breakfast every Friday next to our amazing complementary coffee/espresso machine. They also are very kind, courteous and respectful and they always respond very quickly to any resident needs or inquiries! We have 24-hr security who ensures our safety and we are so centrally located here. This is the best place we have ever lived by far and it is due in large part to the current staff.
