  Dealing with this leasing office has been an incredibly frustrating and difficult experience, entirely lacking in transparency or basic customer service. The management has actively refused to accept legitimate rent payments, choosing instead to aggressively push forward with eviction proceedings and an unlawful detainer lawsuit. Despite efforts to resolve financial matters and utilize local housing services to coordinate funds, management has shown a complete lack of cooperation and flexibility. Instead of working toward a reasonable resolution or a voluntary move-out settlement, they have forced the situation into a legal battle, requiring formal court declarations just to pause unfair actions. If you are looking for a place to live where the management treats tenants with respect, communicates in good faith, and works with you through challenges, avoid Woodside Village Apartments. Their rigid, hostile approach to tenant relations makes living here an absolute nightmare. Living at Woodside Village has been a complete nightmare due to the severe and ongoing neglect. The property is plagued by a rampant roach infestation and frequent flooding issues that have left carpets unsanitary. Management has consistently failed to clean up after sewage overflows, creating biohazards that smell like feces and urine. On top of that, the water has a foul odor, the electrical system is highly unreliable, and the apartments lack heating entirely. Anyone considering moving here should steer clear immediately.

  The office is the only bad part from these apartments . I had been told by the manager that if I needed help with something I could speak to her directly but once the time came they acted like she was busy with a client that walked I. With her so I waited till and waited and then they sent the assistant mgr to speak to me Wich was first of all she was rude even saying I can do what ever you need from Whitney I kept saying that it was something personal that I needed to speak to her only … so I waited and waited and then she comes out saying that she was In a meeting . This management people need to remember that the renters are the reason why they have a job if you ask me . Plus other unprofessional stuff have been sent to me by accident ( Which also shows how serious this manager is with confidential information )Then tries to talk to me like as I’m on her payroll saying “I need to speak to you in my office “ so I called her and she literally made me waste my time for her mistake just because she wanted to see my phone to personally delete the email She had sent . And I know she is going to reply some chat gpt response to this because their replies on here are to try to make them look like they really care about their renters ……but other than that living here is not too bad the people here look out for each other and they are really friendly I would give the place a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for management ( its also because they have changed the manager here since I’ve lived here like 6 times In The past 5 yrs.)

  So far it's been a good experience at Woodside. Have to give a shoutout to APARTMENT LIFE for making it feel like more of a community by putting on events and food days for everyone. Area is very walkable. Maintenance requests from my experience are usually handled the same day or the following day. Great experience moving in as well, the staff were helpful!.
