Angelica Rocha and the Verandas staff were absolutely fantastic! Angelica is a true super star! From the very beginning while touring the property and the living units, all the way through the application process, she worked tirelessly to help us get approved. Angelica was professional, knowledgeable and cheerful, always eager to assist in any way possible. Her persistence, vibrant personality and dedication is why we are happy and proud to say that we chose the Verandas for our new home in West Covina!

I was able to tour exactly what I was looking for. Angelica was super helpful in knowledge of the apartments and the property itself. Felt like I was home already.

Hello ☺️ First of all my family and I would like to thank Ms Angelica Rocha for being professional and helpful . She was very friendly and make us feel welcome . She helped us to go through the application process and told us what we need and it didn’t took long the process and we like our place so far .
