Hello: This is K. Brown, from Tuesday. I don't think my written text response went through to you, so to reiterate, I'm waiting for answers from the Housing A., and One other. I will return to complete the process as soon as I know the details only they have. The communications are never immediate. Your patience is appreciated at this time. Thank you 🌹.

We got declined unfortunately 😔 but here is the deal, we gave a hood deposit and we were never told that it takes 21 days before they return the hold deposit that we gave them...21 DAYS???? WOW...so disappointing and it did not even take them a day or 2 to let us know we got decline why is there a need for the holding fee to be returned in 21 days or within 21 days??? WOW...
this is not good...it almost feels like they are going to use my money first before they even return it by mail even!!! When we paid them using our debit card.
No wonder this apartment is just a 3 star review...
21 days to return my money! Geez!!!

I moved into a one-bedroom apartment at Nola, and everything was fine at first. However, the utility charges have become extremely expensive. My latest bill included $106.40 for trash, $36.41 for hot water heating, $66.21 for water, $18.94 for sewer, and a $4.25 service fee, totaling $233.04 in utilities alone. This has increased my monthly housing costs by almost $300 beyond my base rent. Management provided a $50 credit, which I appreciated, but it doesn’t address the ongoing issue. If you’re considering living here, make sure you understand all of the utility charges in addition to the advertised rent. Unfortunately, I won’t be renewing my lease.
