  I wasn't going to EVER review this place but I killed my 8th waterbug last night upstairs and I'm exhausted with living here. This place has an uncontrollable roach and ant problem. The exterminator comes every 2 weeks and there are still roaches and ants. I dont cook anything in my apartment and there are roaches out in the day and night just crawing around. There are skylights in some of the apartments and large water bugs can come through them because they are poorly maintained. I've killed 8 in one month upstairs alone. I keep all my drains covered and have bug killer inside and out. The water bugs are also out all day if you go for a walk they are just crawling around. Ive ran several over because they eat the food people drop out their cars or on the side walk even if its day time. Exterminating every 2 weeks and cleaning does nothing to get rid of them because they dont treat all the connecting apartments. My neighbor says her building is not too bad but she sees 1 or 2 roaches every month. Since there is carpet the ants are hard to see so im constantly vacuuming and serching to keep them out. There are cracks and holes in the foundation of the building so its easy to get bugs from outside inside. I have had spiders too large jumping spiders with blue eyes, red spiders and black widows. If you are not okay living with bugs stay away. The manager Olivia will not tell you when the exterminator is coming so I would stay gone all day until I put a camera in my house. Olivia acted as if i asked her to wait for the exterminator for me when i asked for am ETA. I wouldn't move here especially if you have small children or pets. The windows get water in them when it rains. I couldn't leave my house when it rained without planning because water would pour like a waterfall from the roof. The high ceilings make it almost impossible to cool the apartment and the wall unitnthey provides only cool ls the room its in. Almost all the apartments have a portable air conditioner in them. This makes the electric bill high,

  Kevin, staf in office very nice and helpful start first time me & my wife come to looking apartment. When me, my wife and my son interested to stay at Brookhollow, Kevin help us with the smooth process, just 1 week we have approval. Kevin always happy to help us after we stay at the apartment. We happy and comfort at Brookhollow apartment, quiet, clean, green, a lot parking. Thank you Kevin and also Olivia for your help and support us, God bless you both.
