  Hello, before you rent an apartment in this building, you should look at the reviews. I would like to start by telling you honestly, I have no words for Kevin. A very special and respectful man, a very fair person. He is dedicated to his work and does not judge people by their physical appearance. He does not care how you look; he gives you respect. I wish you happiness in your life, Kevin. You are a man blessed by God. The problem is that this female manager, her name is Olivia, she wears glasses. I don’t know how to describe her. She accuses us of gathering in groups and making a mess. We are not the only ones; there are other nationalities in this building as well. She says that we make a mess. Our neighbors did not throw their garbage inside the dumpster; they threw it next to the dumpster, and if someone from that building did something wrong, she would blame us, saying that we are the ones who cause damage. About the children: the Hispanic neighbors’ children would come and play with our children. We love children. Children do not bother us, but she accuses us of saying that all those children are ours. Honestly, Mrs. Olivia, you are a very impolite person, a very mean person who treats people based on their race and nationality. What you are doing is not right, and I believe someone should address this behavior. You are a very aggressive person, and you accuse people without any evidence and without any right. Why do you use racism in America? Honestly, from what I have seen, you are a racist person. A worker came to us and told us, “Go inside the house now, because I’m calling the police.” It was Sunday. We were outside with the children, and I asked him, “Why are you forcing us to go inside? We are not in prison?” And that man told me, “I am the boss. Go inside the house now, or I will call the police.” I don’t know his name. He is a man with a big beard. I think he is around 56 or 57 years old

  I wasn't going to EVER review this place but I killed my 8th waterbug last night upstairs and I'm exhausted with living here. This place has an uncontrollable roach and ant problem. The exterminator comes every 2 weeks and there are still roaches and ants. I dont cook anything in my apartment and there are roaches out in the day and night just crawing around. There are skylights in some of the apartments and large water bugs can come through them because they are poorly maintained. I've killed 8 in one month upstairs alone. I keep all my drains covered and have bug killer inside and out. The water bugs are also out all day if you go for a walk they are just crawling around. Ive ran several over because they eat the food people drop out their cars or on the side walk even if its day time. Exterminating every 2 weeks and cleaning does nothing to get rid of them because they dont treat all the connecting apartments. My neighbor says her building is not too bad but she sees 1 or 2 roaches every month. Since there is carpet the ants are hard to see so im constantly vacuuming and serching to keep them out. There are cracks and holes in the foundation of the building so its easy to get bugs from outside inside. I have had spiders too large jumping spiders with blue eyes, red spiders and black widows. If you are not okay living with bugs stay away. The manager Olivia will not tell you when the exterminator is coming so I would stay gone all day until I put a camera in my house. Olivia acted as if i asked her to wait for the exterminator for me when i asked for am ETA. I wouldn't move here especially if you have small children or pets. The windows get water in them when it rains. I couldn't leave my house when it rained without planning because water would pour like a waterfall from the roof. The high ceilings make it almost impossible to cool the apartment and the wall unitnthey provides only cool ls the room its in. Almost all the apartments have a portable air conditioner in them. This makes the electric bill high,
