  Jonathan is an exceptional apartment manager. I appreciate his taking the time to address my many questions and issues. Stoneridge is a wonderful place to live in.

  Hands down Johnathan is the best property manager I’ve seen since the six years living at Stoneridge. Place has taken many great turns for the best. This place was somewhat run down before he showed up. Redoing the tennis courts and basketball court made a world of difference. My only issue is the outside non residents come and uses the pool and hot tub. A lot of time us residents can’t even sit down, because seats are taken from people off the street. The people that live across the street come and uses the pool as well as random people off the street. If this can have a resolution to stopping this. Place would be perfect 👌🏾

  Quality community. Well kept grounds and quality amenities - especially pool and gym. Safe quiet and comfortable.

  My brother and I moved here in October and we couldn't be happier. The apartment manager, Stephen, is friendly and welcoming. He answered any questions we had and made the move-in smooth for us and made us feel like we were already home. He cares about the community and works diligently to maintain the apartment complex. The views of the golf course and hills are stunning! And the community is overall friendly. The apartment complex has been going through changes, understandably, there were some things needing a little fixing after we moved-in, management and maintenance were responsive and quick to address the work orders we placed. Victor has been awesome addressing the work orders and offered his support if we ran into any other issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with the exceptional service we received, and I'm glad my brother and I made the decision to move here.
