  I am extremely disappointed with this apartment community. We just moved in with our newborn, and instead of feeling safe and welcomed, we’ve been dealing with constant issues. The property has become a health and safety concern due to overflowing trash and poor upkeep. Residents frequently park illegally, making it difficult to get in and out of our assigned parking space. On multiple occasions, people have been drinking and smoking right next to our car, creating an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for our family. We’ve brought these concerns to management, but the issues continue without meaningful improvement. As new parents, we expected a clean, safe, and well-managed community, but that has not been our experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and begins enforcing community rules, improving cleanliness, and addressing the safety issues so residents can feel comfortable in their own homes.

  We submitted an application for an apartment, paid the application fees, and also paid the required holding/security deposit. Our application was denied, but our deposit was never returned. It has now been over a month, and despite phone calls and emails, no one responds or provides any updates. We have been completely ignored, and our money has still not been refunded. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this apartment complex based on the way they handle applicants and deposits.

  Honest review now that we’re out. In 8 years, the worst experience was the past 7-8 months. Dayna and John were helpful. Joe in maintenance was good too but work orders over the phone were lost sowork piled. Other than that, this wasn’t too bad. My parent’s unit was old and slowly falling apart. They ended up with roaches the last 8 months of their occupancy. The only manager willing to really attack the bug scare was the amazing Italy Martin who was very responsive and active in putting together a step by step plan. Minus 2 stars for Isabel and Jasmine.

  We applied to this apartment with high hopes and complied with every requirement they asked for right away, including providing a deposit. Throughout the process, we were constantly communicating with Jasmine, the manager, regarding income verification and submitted every document requested. However, it felt very unprofessional because she never even attempted to properly verify the information we provided. Instead, out of nowhere, her assistant manager, Miles, simply sent us a denial letter with no clear explanation. It honestly feels like decisions are made based on whatever is most convenient for them rather than giving applicants a fair and proper review. Very disappointing experience overall, especially after all the time, effort, and money we invested into the application process. Hopefully getting our deposit back won’t become another issue.
