  I am so glad my mom chose Cameron and his team to sell her property.   Cam and his team are INCREDIBLE! Their communication and responsiveness are as good as it gets! My family would not have been able to get the home of our dreams without them. It’s a tough market, and you really need someone in your corner to make it happen. Not only did we have Cam, but also Shannon in that corner to form an amazing team.   Cameron was a great partner during our first home-buying experience. He’s a responsive, effective communicator who always leveled with us whenever we had questions, concerns, or hesitations. He's positive, easy to get along with, and genuinely knowledgeable and patient with first-time buyers. Our closing process had a few unforeseen twists and turns, and Cameron did a good job protecting our interests during those negotiations.As a buyer, make sure you do your due diligence and ask him all your questions up front. He can get busy depending on how many properties he's juggling. When our contract period was unexpectedly extended, there was a temporary lull in communication with our lender and title agent. However, once we pointed out that we needed more proactive updates from him to the rest of the team, he immediately rectified it. His assistant, Shannon, is equally knowledgeable, proactive, and wonderful to work with. She handled several key activities—including scheduling inspections, getting work quotes, and conducting the final walkthrough—and made the entire process seamless. Overall, it was a solid experience, and we would happily work with Cameron and his team again.
