  This was the first time me and my fiance got our own place and Natasha was nothing but helpful. I had to have called them 30 times trying to get my paperwork and forms together, she was very patient and without her we would never have gotten the place. Even with terrible credit they got us qualified for the 0$ down deposit. The place is relaxing two sets of pools and jacuzzis. Central ac and heat. I love this place!

  My experience at Mountain Vista was spectacular! When I first called Natasha was extremely helpful and easy to talk to that I was able to understand exactly what I needed to move in. When I arrived for my appointment to tour the apartment Lourdres was awesome, professional, and, accommodating. After I walked the pleasant community and decided I wanted to move in, Karen walked me through the entire rest of the process. Karen really made me feel great because of her kindness and polite mannerisms. I feel overjoyed and welcomed by everyone I dealt with from the staff! Everyone here deserves a pat on the back because this was the smoothest experience I've ever had during a new residency. Thank you to all of you for being extraordinary individuals and going above and beyond to truly make your residents feel at home! I'm thrilled and I will definitely tell all my friends Mountain Vista is the way to go!

  Been a resident since 2024 and every time there’s an issue as soon as I contact for support jorge & Denise and they get the job done!!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at Mountain View Apartments, especially Denise, the community manager. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to watch Denise handle countless resident concerns, and what stands out most is that she genuinely treats people with dignity and respect. She doesn’t see residents as just another apartment number or a rent payment—she sees them as people. I’ve personally observed her address concerns promptly, communicate professionally, and work hard to find solutions. Even when situations were challenging, she remained calm, compassionate, and focused on resolving the issue. She consistently follows through and truly cares about improving residents’ quality of life. One thing that impressed me the most is how often Denise goes beyond the responsibilities of a property manager. She takes the time to connect residents with resources in the local community when they need additional support. It’s clear that she wants people to succeed and have the best quality of life possible, and that level of care is something you don’t see every day. Her compassion and dedication make a real difference. I also want to recognize Natasha, who is absolutely wonderful. She’s friendly, bubbly, welcoming, and always greets people with a smile. She creates a positive atmosphere every time you walk into the office. Karen also deserves recognition. She consistently checked in with me, responded in a timely manner, and did everything she could to make sure my concerns were addressed. I truly appreciated her professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. Mountain View Apartments is a beautiful community. Like any apartment community, there were a couple of situations involving neighboring residents during my stay. However, I was never treated with disrespect or dismissed by the management team. Instead, my concerns were taken seriously, handled professionally, and addressed with genuine care. The team did everything they reasonably could to make my experience here as positive as possible. Thank you, Denise, Natasha, Karen, and the entire Mountain View Apartments team for your compassion, professionalism, and commitment to your residents. It shows, and it is sincerely appreciated.

  This place is a joke!! The office over talks you specifically Lordius! They do not listen to your concerns about the people that cause chaos in the apartments. The pools are always closed or broken as well as the gym. There are so many cockroaches in the apartments that’s it’s disturbing . Not to mention they try to tell you what to wear to the pool, that the kids can’t be in the play room when it’s a public area and we aren’t allowed to have fans in our windows in the dead heat of summer knowing most of us can’t afford to run the a/c .. they do not treat all residents as equals! What one person can do the next person can’t. They have their favorites. When speaking to corporate they know nothing about what is actually going on here!! Please whatever you do DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE TO LIVE!!!
