I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I came for a tour and the apartments are fine that's not the issue. After I applied I decided against coming here for not because the apartment was dirty or anything like that. However when being told I'd get a specific amount of money refunded to me almost a month later when I called to see what happened the manager answered the phone when I called saying they would not be giving me the promised about that I paid because of a second applicant. There was no communication that the second applicants payment would effect what I paid and would be getting back if we decided not to move forward. The application was also accepted despite this "issue" with the second applicant and when I called back to ask for verification I was informed by the front desk if this specific "issue" is present the application wouldn't even progress forward. So not only did they progress forward with NO communication about payment errors from the other party but also ACCEPTED us for the apartment and only after denying the approval mentioned issues with money and getting my promised amount back. The manager would rather scam you then admit they were at fault and give you what you paid and were promised to get back.

We love living here at Colony Parc. We've been here almost 2 years and like others have said the maintenance is very quick and efficient. The only complaint i have is that there is too many cars and not enough parking. Other apartments I've lived in or family has lived in have been assigned 2 parking one covered and space with a sticker in the window and the rest of the cars have to park off site and guest have to have a parking pass. Other than that we love it it.
California code 1927 protects tenants' right to quiet enjoyment of their rental property, which includes the right to be free from disturbances and nuisances. This means that landlords must take steps to prevent disturbances and maintain a peaceful living environment. Landlords cannot cause disruptions that interfere with a tenant's use of their rental. Under the covenant of quiet enjoyment, tenants have the right to:
•A reasonable expectation of privacy
•Peace and quiet
•Freedom from disturbances and nuisances
•Exclusive possession of the rental unit
•Use of common areas, free from disturbance or interference
•Use of basic services such as electricity, heat, and hot water
Landlords cannot interfere with a tenant's use of their property through threat, fraud, intimidation, or coercion.
I can't even rest on my days off, which don't fall on the weekend, because the lawn guys and construction guys start making excessive noise right next to doors and windows at 7 am. No consideration for people who work nights or have irregular schedules. I have to use my days off to dismantle my patio zen zone, disrupting and cluttering up my indoor living space, then reconfigure everything every month sometimes multiple times a month for the last 9 months for "repairs". I have to leave my doors and windows closed for extended periods of time during repairs without proper ventilation. (there's no air conditioning or sufficient fans) complete lack of privacy with guys on my balcony all the time looking into my bedroom and living room. I had to dance around the painting guys when they thought it was a good idea to paint the exterior on move in day... and why were the balconies not painted at the same time?
For $3000 a month, these repairs to have been done before I moved in since this apartment was vacant for 3 months prior to my move in date. Which, by the way, not informing potential tenant of plans for construction prior to move in, is also a violation of tenant rights. I was threatened with extra fees if I didn't comply with their
disturbing my peace. This not an unusual circumstance. This is invasion of privacy and disrupting quiet enjoyment of my rental. This has been going on for 9 months. Anything more than 2 days at most for repairs and painting per occupied balcony is considered excessive.
Everything is very good, Darlene from the management office is amazing, she helped me to do everything

I have lived here at Colony Parc over 3 years now, and I love it! The grounds are beautiful, the floorplans are roomy and the amenities can't be beat! Two pool areas with hot tubs, cabanas & grill areas, a fitness center and a business center with computers and a printer. Oh, and a community/ movie room with recliners and a mini fridge that can be reserved! (All limited at this time due to Covid.) I love that the units have washers & dryers, and my walk in closet is HUGE! The leasing office is open 7 days a week and they are super friendly and responsive to any issues that may come up. Dogs & cats are welcome and there are plenty of grassy areas and walking paths throughout the property. We have themed events around the holidays and a pool party with an outdoor movie every summer! Colony Parc gets 5 stars from me!
