  Do NOT book with this disgusting place they call an establishment! My sister and her friend almost got broken into here. How disgusting of them to let random people inside their hotel without checking. My sister and her friend told the front desk lady about their experience (a man trying to break down their door and even covering their peephole with powder) and all the lady at the front desk said was she’ll check the cameras and when they got down to check too, she was just watching Netflix. How unprofessional. How could you work in a people-facing job and refuse to accommodate and keep your own guests safe? Words can’t even describe how livid I am. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

  I had made a reservation through Expedia and cancelled it within the hotel’s stated cancellation policy, making me eligible for a full refund for the one night I had prepaid. I never checked into the hotel or used the room. Despite the timely cancellation and having documented proof, Lincoln Inn still charged me for the one night and refused to issue the refund when Expedia reached out on my behalf. Expedia had to step in and ultimately resolved the matter by providing the refund. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on the hotel’s customer service and management practices. A guest should not have to fight for a refund that they are clearly entitled to under the cancellation policy. I am honestly glad I did not end up staying at this property, as this experience has left me with very little confidence in their service standards. I hope the new management takes this feedback seriously and improves their approach to customer service and handling reservations.

  I recently stayed here for 5 nights. I enjoyed my stay. Just needed a place to sleep while on vacation. Bed and pillows were comfortable and AC was working great. McDonald's right next door and a 711 right down the street. Big blue bus stop in front of the McDonald's and across the street. Big blue bus #3 will take you to Downtown Santa Monica and the pier area as well as the LA Metro Transit Center.

  Overall, my stay was good, but I was very disappointed with the front desk experience at checkout. We checked out about 10 minutes late because we accidentally overslept, and I understand that was our mistake. However, when I asked how I could access the parking lot after returning the room key, the front desk employee was very rude. She called our room and told us we had only five minutes to leave the property. The way she spoke to us made me feel like I had committed a crime. I completely understand hotel policies, but there is no reason to treat guests in such an unfriendly and disrespectful manner. A little kindness and professionalism would have made a big difference.

  I’ve got it on a website. It was over $200 and then I get over here and they charged me $15 cash and wouldn’t give me a receipt and then I look on other websites in this hotel is less than $120 on like seven other sites! She needs a cash for the parking, but wouldn’t you give me a receipt?
