  Big and spacious apartment units at a great rate. The property is well maintained and service requests are handled quickly. The manager is easy to talk to and will work with you to resolve any situations you may have.

  I've enjoyed living at the Promenade apartments for over 5 years. I've always had my request for repairs filled timely and appreciate the follow up to ensure I am satisfied with the work performed. Along with the great service we have gated underground parking and a quiet community. Wes, our apartment manager, is always accessible.

  I moved to LA from Wisconsin in January for a job right out of college. I didn't know where to start when looking for an apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and affordable this place is! It's in a nice area, nice neighbors and I feel really secure with the gated parking and code access only to the building. I love my apartment and highly recommend this place to others!

  I love the promenade apartments. The management is awesome and responds immediately upon request. The studio apartment is very spacious, very clean, and bug-free. What I really like the most about the promenade apartment complex is it's extremely quiet. If you are apartment hunting and enjoy peace and quiet when you get off of work then I highly recommend the promenade.
