Joy and Deija are a very competent management staff. They also recently got new men in that walked us through each step. They offer affordable housing options and they are some of the few apartment complexes that answer the phone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marshall Ramirez during my apartment search, and I can confidently say he is one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever encountered. From the very first interaction, Marshall was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect place. What truly sets Marshall apart is his attention to detail and commitment to providing a smooth and stress-free experience. He was always quick to respond to my questions, provided clear and thorough information about the property. His friendly demeanor and upbeat attitude made the entire process feel effortless. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, efficiency, and kindness as seamlessly as Marshall does. He didn’t just help me find an apartment—he made me feel welcome and confident in my decision. Thank you, Marshall, for your outstanding service. Thank you, also to the amazing team members at Harbor Park. It was truly a pleasure to meet such an upbeat, friendly, and knowledgeable team .

HIGH RENT...TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. CAN NOT BE DISRESPECTFUL TO THOSE THAT PAY SO MUCH RENT AND ON TIME.
