  Paris was excellent to work with throughout the leasing process. She was professional, accommodating, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. I appreciated her communication and willingness to answer questions along the way. The property is clean, well maintained, and the landscaped areas make the community feel welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m happy that I moved into the Links at Westridge.

  Have the most amazing experience with Paris Newland! She is amazing to connect with through the process of introduction of the Westridge property. Well informed of leasing process. Provided all the necessary information to sign up for apartment, timeline and specifics to go through approval process. Very welcoming and super available for questions. I was so thankful she was my direct contact from the beginning to getting the apartment. Absolutely love her and she is amazing at her job!!!!

  As is commonly experienced and hugely appreciated, property management staff act very promptly regarding issues - no matter how minute or if to a greater degree - coupled with maintenance promptly getting on top of remedying same, when and where called for.

  Recently came from out of state and looked at a few properties in the Valencia, CA area and decided on Links at Westridge. Didn't know anything about the area but the Staff was nice enough to show me around and answer all of my questions. Moved in a few weeks back and will say that I am happy so far with my decision. Property fits my needs: quiet, close to food and shopping, and close to the freeway for work. Special shout out to Paris (Newland) who went above-and-beyond in making my move easy.   Paris was brand new when we were touring and eventually signed our lease with her! She is sooo nice and was very knowledgeable even tho she had just started. She’s very friendly and warm whenever I happen to come into the office or call with questions. Thank you Paris!
