  Is one star the lowest that I can go? The employees of Vacaville Park Apartments are the most unprofessional, untrained, biased, unprepared and unskilled people that I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. My application stayed stuck untouched for over a month because they didn't have a resident manager, but their office was open, and the male person that I met that they had working in the office, was unfriendly and unfamiliar with my application. When I came in their office with my family trying to find out the status of my application, I felt he didn't know what he was doing, and didn't want to deal with my application, and the same goes for their corporate office, EBMC. Your background has to be close to "perfect" for these people to consider renting to you, and if you have ANYTHING in collections, they will deny you, well that's the reason they gave me for my denial, and I'm not even sure that was the truth. I believe that my race and the fact that I'm on housing was an important factor as well but I'm sure that my opinion will be disputed and covered up to look like something else. I know a lot of people here will tell you not to rent to a certain property, because of their own personal reasons. If you're a current resident or have been approved by this complex, then I'm glad for you, but for the people who might experience what I did, I can only say that I tried to warn you. G.

  Great place to live! Management & maintenance is great & care about the complex community. I love living here! My only complaint is there is no central air conditioning & the apartments are advertised in a way that makes it sound like there is by saying "central heat and air" meaning there IS central heat & there is air in the form of a wall unit in the living room that only cools that small area. The rest of the apartment is very hot & it's very expensive to buy the portable air conditioning units.
