  This place is very nice, safe, and peaceful. I truly enjoyed living there. The apartments are surrounded by many trees, which gives the community a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff and management were also very kind and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it was a pleasant place to live, and I had a good experience during my time there.

  Getting my first apartment was a great experience at sandpiper village . Danielle and Rosie were both extremely sweet and patient. I like the property and the area the apartments are in .

  The management team Danielle and Rosie made the touring and leasing process so easy for me. They took time to answer my questions (and there were many) with kindness. Their communication is quick and thorough. Thank you both for your kindness and professionalism. You have brought so much ease to my mind throughout this process. About the community, impeccable landscaping, all units on the exterior are well kept. No trash, riff raff, parking lot is clear, no noise except the birds. A wonderful place to call home.

  Really appreciate the staff that works at this apartment complex. Danielle was very sweet and helpful with my questions and made sure I had a smooth experience moving in so quickly :)
