- APAllison PaxstonJul 27, 20261.0By far the worst management I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life and I’ve lived in multiple complexes in Sacramento so that’s saying something. They claim they’ll have pest control done but haven’t done any type of pest control since I moved in a year and a half ago. Natalie in management will tell you one thing then do another. They’ll tell you they have everything they need from you until right before it’s time for you to move in or transfer units then they’ll randomly need more from you and threaten to delay your move if they don’t get it right then and there when they could’ve asked for it in the first place. Just a bunch of stress and back and forth and it’s way too much for this pregnant momma with a toddler. They’re very shady and won’t update you unless you threaten to leave. Unprofessional and quite frankly pathetic when it comes to management. I’d give no stars if I could.
