  I recently toured this apartment complex, and it was a terrible experience from the moment I walked in. Cleanliness Issues: Flies were buzzing everywhere, making the entire property feel completely unhygienic.The shared hallways were filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Odor & Hygiene: There was a strong, overpowering smell of dog urine outside of the building. If management can’t even clean up the common areas or handle basic hygiene for potential renters coming to see the place, I can't imagine how poorly they treat current residents.

  Kevin is amazing! He treated me so well, answered all my questions and the ones I had forgotten and we got along so well! 😆 Beautiful bonus. Hope to live here when my lease ends.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Union Flats. I scheduled apartment tours in advance twice, and both times I was completely stood up. Despite having confirmed appointments, no one was there when I arrived. An international customer service representative kept assuring me that someone would be there to assist me, but the leasing office was empty and no one ever showed up. What concerns me even more is the property’s security. The only way we were able to enter the property was because a resident let us in, which made me question how secure the building actually is. Overall, the communication was poor, the management seemed disorganized, and my time was not respected. I wasted two trips because they failed to honor my scheduled appointments. I would not recommend this property unless they significantly improve their customer service and reliability.
