  Sofi Union city was very clean, lady that showed me around was very pleasant and informative, the newly renovated apartments were very nice but the older ones were showing their age units painted many times but clean and bright

  The maintenance work was completed quickly on the same day it was requested. While the service itself was exceptional, there is a new issue: the ceiling fan light is now very dim. It appears the light fixture or fan may be defective.

  Appreciate our community clean and its safe environment. Great neighbors. Our manager is awesome and understanding. We’ve been living here for about 4 years and it’s been amazing place to stay.

  I have been renting an apartment here for last 6 months and in this short period of time they had my vehicle towed for 7 times costing me over $700 each time to get it back. Their parking rules are so stringent that even when one person in their management allowed to park in open space and during certain times in Future resident parking space ..their management still got my vehicle towed. It’s very frustrating. Also to note the common space remains very filthy so does the laundry rooms. There are lots of stray cats in the society causing all sorts of problems in the side yards and plants. I will never recommend anyone to rent this place. Management people are not cooperative and always play dumb when u reach them for any maintenance issue. Be aware future residents

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I would never recommend this apartment community to anyone. The parking situation is an absolute nightmare. My car was towed five to six times within just six months, and every single time it cost me over $700 to get it back. It’s financially draining and unbelievably stressful. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the headache-look for another community that actually values its residents. It honestly feels like the apartment management and the towing company has business tie ups. Instead of helping tenants, the parking policies seem designed to make life insanely miserable. If you’re considering moving here, think twice. No apartment is worth living with the constant fear of waking up to find your car missing and facing another massive towing bill. The parking rules are unreasonable, enforcement is excessive, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.
