  I have had a great experience living in this apartment community. The Manager i and the management team is friendly, professional, and responsive to residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. The neighbors are respectful, and the location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major roads.   I've been living at Sofi UC for a year and just renewed my lease. Overall, the community is quiet, well-maintained, and decently priced. The apartments are updated, although fairly small compared to most I've rented previously. Decent amenities, including an Amazon locker which is convenient. A special acknowledgement to the maintenance team who has been solid from the start. Requests are addressed promptly and they're always courteous and communicative. I'd also like to acknowledge Collette in the leasing office, who recently helped us through a couple of issues. If you're looking for a decent location with a responsive team, Sofi UC is your place.

  Great place to live been living here since 2022 the only downside is there is an employee at the front desk named Colette in the leasing office who is vile and doesn’t try to be professional at all. You get better customer service at McDonalds. Never had any issues ever but one one time I did have an issue I was gaslit called a liar and talked to like I was a child. She over talked me the whole time and would not let me speak whatsoever. Ever since that interaction I haven’t felt comfortable here. For her it’s just a paycheck but for some of us we call this home. The way she treated me and other apartments is disrespectful and disgusting. If you can’t perform basic customer service with manners without locking the office and running to the model apartment and avoiding residents and putting it all on the maintenance man then maybe work somewhere else. I have nothing bad to say about sofi apartments but the fact they condone this woman’s behavior towards residents is off putting

  Por favor si tienen la facilidad de vivir en otro lado háganlo el parking es un desastre, si tienes visitas tienen que dejar el carro fuera del complejo de apartamentos ya que si está adentro por arte de magia aparece una grúa y se lo lleva , el costo por retirar el carro no baja de 500 dólares , y si tienen más de 2 carros como familia vivirán asustados sin poder dormir por el trauma que genera vivir aquí

  The Maintenance team is 100% on point and they are consistent as well as thorough. Management team has allowed gates to not work properly for months. Consistently deflecting and not taking responsibility for the repair for some reason or another.
