  Mi experiencia con la oficina fue bastante decepcionante. Especialmente con Hilaria , ya que considero que la atención que recibí fue poco profesional y la manera en que manejaron mi situación me dejó muy inconforme. Intenté expresar mis preocupaciones, pero no sentí que fueran escuchadas ni tomadas con seriedad. Espero que la administración tome en cuenta este tipo de experiencias y mejore la atención al cliente.

  ★★★★★ I recently stayed with a friend for 3 days in Building 10 at Parc Medallion Apartments. My friend had put in a work order and I was very impressed by the Maintenance Supervisor’s professionalism and courtesy. When we had a question about the refrigerator, he took the time to explain how the temperature controls and airflow worked, including why overcrowding the shelves and especially the freezer can prevent food from cooling evenly and can cause the coils to freeze. I actually learned something useful! He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. I live at a Greystar community, and honestly, I’m a little jealous—I wish our maintenance staff provided this same level of service and attention. Parc Medallion residents are fortunate to have such a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor. Five stars all the way!

  I have lived here for more than a year and I would have given 0 stars on overall experience. The apartment is good but it's being managed poorly. The management don't sit in office during office hours. If you are locked out, there is no resident manager to open your apartment. We had this experience once and we went to the hotel because the management/maintenance team don't answer calls during the evening. The next day what they told us was call locksmith or break it. The place has too much cockroaches, too many dog poops, and to call the management for simple maintenance takes weeks. Once we plan to moveout , we spent a week to get in touch with the manager Christina Perez. We finally got her in call and she said to email the move out letter. We sent the email and before we move we wanted to have an inspection meeting which we couldn't meet her as she wasn't available. We finally moved out after cleaning the apartment by cleaner. We had security deposit of 600 and after 1 month of moving out, she sent us a letter that we should pay 1100 on top of our security deposit. This is like day light robbery, Christina said our security deposit was for cleaning which we cleaned it, and she refused inspection meeting with us.

  Sent this email in today maybe I'll get their attention. Hello, I am writing to formally follow up regarding the return of our security deposit and the outstanding balance associated with our move-out. Our move-out date was June 28, 2026, and it has now been 51 days since we vacated the property. To date, we have not received our security deposit, a check, an itemized statement, or any written communication explaining why our deposit has not been returned. We have personally visited the property on multiple occasions and have been given different explanations regarding the status of our deposit. On June 29, 2026, we provided our forwarding mailing address to Tay during our move-out process. When we returned to the property on August 4, 2026, we were told by the temporary staff member on site that the office did not have a forwarding address on file. We provided our mailing address again that same day and were told that our security deposit check would be sent out immediately. As of today, we have still received no check and no communication regarding the status of our deposit. Additionally, there are other outstanding financial matters that need to be addressed on our account. During January and February 2026, we were charged for our assigned parking spaces. However, during that period, the property was no longer utilizing the towing company, and tenants were permitted to park in spaces throughout the property. As a result, our assigned parking spaces were not being properly enforced or made available to us. When parking was unavailable, we were required to park on the street blocks away, despite continuing to be charged for parking each month. We also we were charged for additional days of rent during our final month. We were advised that the amount would be prorated and that we would receive a corresponding refund. We have yet to receive confirmation or documentation showing that this adjustment was processed. At this point, we are requesting the following: 1. Immediate confirmation of the status of our security deposit. 2. The date the security deposit check was issued and mailed, if it has been issued. 3. A copy of any itemized statement showing deductions from our security deposit. 4. Confirmation of the forwarding address currently listed on our account. 5. A detailed accounting of the parking charges for January and February 2026 and an explanation of why we were charged for parking during that period. 6. Confirmation of the prorated rent adjustment for our final month and when that amount will be refunded. 7. Confirmation of any other outstanding credits or balances owed to us. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with the property and have provided our forwarding address more than once. Unfortunately, the continued lack of communication and the delays are unacceptable. Please provide a written response and complete accounting of our account within 5 business days of receiving this email. We would prefer to resolve this matter directly and promptly. However, if the outstanding funds and required documentation are not provided, we will consider taking the appropriate next steps to recover the amounts owed to us. Please confirm receipt of this email. Thank you,
