  The laundry room is always filthy and does not seem like it gets cleaned at all. Some washers smell and don’t finish it’s cycle so clothes are soaking wet that it takes 4 drying cycles to dry up which is 4 hours of drying. Management doesn’t seem to care

  Our move out date will be when our lease ends at the end of June. Our reason for moving out is due to the following -this property has been poorly managed and not maintained for months. - this property is old, and out dated. Their way of up keep or renovating is painting over mold and pick holes with cheap fillers and paint. It is not worth the amount they're charging for rent. - there has been no consistent direct contact to complain or bubble up concerns for tenants. -Tickets have been ignored to fix things things in our apartment for months during our time living here. when they are addressed, the job is done poorly. -we're charged a pest control fee every month yet these apartments have pests. Pincher bugs and cockroaches. We as tenants have to take extra measures to ensure our home isn’t infested. Giant jumping spiders in your yard. I have complained and submitted tickets and was told they would Come back. They never did. - the amenities are not maintained. The pool is dirty or closed due to the chlorine levels being unsafe. The hot tub has been broken since we started living here. It will be taped off for no use. When they’re showing the property to potential renters, the tape is removed. This has gone on for two years. -The gym water fountain has never worked. There's no sanitizer wipes provided to wipe down equipment. - the treadmill doesn't even work. You have unplug multiple times to get it to work. - we do not receive notices for changes in a timely manner, and announcements until the day of or even before. For example. There will be asphalt maintenance happening between 5/6 to 5/9 tenants do not have access to their parking space from 7 AM to 7 PM. We received the notice yesterday 5/5/26. There was no communication to tenants being compensated for this massive inconvenience. - there was a parking assignment fiasco earlier this year where tenants had nowhere to park because they were doing reassignments that took forever and tenants were required to park out on the street or park wherever they could causing tenants to fight over their assigned parking spaces due to not having communication from the office. However, what tenants will receive consistently, is paying their rent on time emails. Email threats, stating a lawyer will get involved if you don’t pay your rent on time. We get emails for cars being parked in the future resident area yet when tenants have questions and concerns we hear crickets. - when we moved in, the apartment was filthy. We have pictures to prove it.

  the poor community with their AI answering system everything is confusing and its not helping at all. if you guys don’t have apartments available please don’t schedule for tour, in zillow shows there is available apartments but no know can see

  AVOID THIS PLACE , BAIT AND SWITCH My lease was already signed by them and us. After a week, I found by email they changed the unit and price, went to talk with them and they don't even care, they were forcing us to sign a new lease. it's a joke. They have a lot of units "available" but they're not , and also they are renting the one that was supposed to be my unit a month before the stablish date, they screwed up and we are the ones affected. So it's available but not for the ones that already signed the lease, lol. Now Im having problems getting my holding deposit back, an IA answers the phone and they never pick up, they don't have an email to reach out and verify information , it's all trough a crappy app.

  Terrible management, they have an AI tool that informed me that in order to have this abandoned car towed I have to contact the towing company myself. I called them and the company told me that only the manager can make those calls. They are so unorganized my car got towed THE FIRST NIGHT I moved in. Towing company said that ONLY MANAGMENT CAN HAVE A CAR TOWED. I was able to get it back without having to pay but I had to miss a day of work because the towing company didn't open until later in the day. I pay my rent on time and I mind my own business, and even if you do that, they'll send you an email threatening you with a 3 day eviction notice JUST IN CASE you didn't pay it in full on the very first of the month. The parking situation is ridiculous. We used to have 5 Visitors parking and when they shuffled around the parking, for who knows what reason, they didn't add parking, they took TWO visitors parkings away. They said to come to the office on a specific date to try to get a second parking and when i was in the office I clearly saw them not know what to do, who to give one to, what people already had some. YET they will threaten to tow you if you park in THEIR future resident spaces. EVEN IF YOU ALREADY DON'T PARK THERE. THEY WILL EMAIL YOU JUST IN CASE YOU THINK ABOUT IT. Overall, managment is basically nonexistent. The residents are all cool. Everyone minds their own. Cats keep the place rodent free.
