  The laundry room is always filthy and does not seem like it gets cleaned at all. Some washers smell and don’t finish it’s cycle so clothes are soaking wet that it takes 4 drying cycles to dry up which is 4 hours of drying. Management doesn’t seem to care

  Rating: 1/10 – Not Recommended I would not recommend this community to a friend. This property has significant issues that need to be addressed, starting with management and extending throughout the entire complex. Office management consistently fails to follow their own protocols, procedures, and even the terms outlined in the lease agreement. There is also a noticeable lack of consistency, as staff seems to change frequently, forcing residents to repeatedly explain ongoing concerns without resolution. The condition of the property is unacceptable. Both the exterior and interior are poorly maintained, with visible dirt, cobwebs, and overall neglect. Maintenance response times are slow, and when work is completed, it is often not done professionally or up to standard. Despite being charged a monthly pest control fee, we have experienced ongoing pest issues, including roaches, large jumping spiders, and pincher bugs entering through baseboards. Additionally, our apartment had a strong mold odor upon move-in, which was reported to management multiple times but never properly addressed. A major water leak from the unit above caused significant damage to our apartment, including the carpet and furniture. However, no thorough repairs were made. The wall and baseboards were left unfixed, and no one inspected the interior of the wall to prevent or assess potential mold growth. Parking has also been a major issue. In January, we were informed by the towing company—not management—that they would no longer enforce assigned parking due to changes being made. This lack of communication left residents without reliable parking for over two months, often forcing us to park on the street. Management stated we would be reimbursed for parking-related expenses, but we never received any follow-up or compensation. Overall, for nearly $3,000 per month, the experience at Parc Medallion Apartments has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this community to family or friends

  AVOID THIS PLACE , BAIT AND SWITCH My lease was already signed by them and us. After a week, I found by email they changed the unit and price, went to talk with them and they don't even care, they were forcing us to sign a new lease. it's a joke. They have a lot of units "available" but they're not , and also they are renting the one that was supposed to be my unit a month before the stablish date, they screwed up and we are the ones affected. So it's available but not for the ones that already signed the lease, lol. Now Im having problems getting my holding deposit back, an IA answers the phone and they never pick up, they don't have an email to reach out and verify information , it's all trough a crappy app.
