  Would give this palce 0 stars if I could. Placed a holding deposit and was denied the apartment due to credit even with a very good co-signer. Was told they would refund my $200.00 holding deposit within 21 days. We are now at 28 days since the denial and I have not been refunded and cannot get through to the office in the last week. Would not recommend this place, as they seem shady in their processes.

  Excellent place, I love it, I do not regret anything to have lived there, the kissers are very good people, never have a problem and the manager is always on the lookout for everything, very friendly and attentive.

  My husband and I tried to apply for an apartment here and the manager Hugo was very unprofessional. Would not answer any calls or emails and after we paid for applications and background checks we didn’t get notified until almost a month later by a letter in the mail that we had been denied due to credit when our credit is super good. I’m in the 800’s and my husband in the high 750’s. I feel that there was other motives on why we got denied like the fact my husband is a blue collar worker. I’m extremely disappointed because I felt that we were wronged and ghosted. I am thankful that we won’t be living here overall.
