  My partner is in the process of moving into a townhouse in this complex and has had nothing but issues with communication. I had heard from a coworker who lives there the property manager (Hugo, I believe) is impossible to get a hold of ever, but I was hopeful after touring and speaking with the property manager. Since then, my partner has been unable to confirm his move in date (supposedly in 2 weeks), been struggling to get any additional info he requested, hasn't heard when he can actually view the space, and is overall extremely frustrated and disheartened. Phone calls and emails are not answered, there is no follow through with promised communication. I truly hope this is not indicative of how they will treat their paying residents. Edit: I appreciate that they responded to my review. My partner asked me to not respond to Alderwood or update further.

  Beware!!!!! Roach infested, the remodel they did was a joke. Already falling apart also almost 2k for it !!! You’d be better off getting a home loan….

  My brother has not had heat since 12-17-2021 despite several emails and calls to the manager there has been nothing done for over TWO MONTHS. I have been in property management for over 10 years, what a disgrace to not even have the decency to follow up with a resident regarding such a necessity! HUGO you need to do your job and figure this out ASAP. Seriously take care of it……. Quit dodging your renters. Your owners should be aware of such business practices.
