  I’m very happy with my new home at Park Place Apartments. The move-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. I really appreciate all their help and excellent service. I’m very happy to be living here. Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Don’t believe any positive reviews. Management literally manipulates people with sweepstakes to get positive reviews for this poorly run property. The property manager, Kristen, is super rude and talks over you, interrupts you. They will find any reason to charge you superfluous fees to good tenants. They do not communicate well with tenants at all. We’ve made several complaints over the years and nothing has been done. Do not rent here or at any RCMI properties. They have entered our unit before without permission and broken our items. The property is ugly and poorly maintained. Cat poop and urine all over. They recently removed all the carports so the sun and animals ruin the paint of cars. Horrible, horrible company and complex.

  Have been at Park Place for a year and a half now! We love it here. My family and I feel safe and comfortable. If there is an issue, maintenance will take care of it within a timely manner. The grounds are also clean and location is great!

  Recently moved in and it’s been very quiet and relaxing. Everyone around the complex is very nice and so is the staff, any questions or concerns are always answered right away! Love being here!

  I love living at park place. The maintenance crew is great! Whenever I need something fix I don’t hesitate to call and someone comes over to fix it within the week.
