  Shouldve listened to my family when they said thieves live here. Packages always gone and even my fathers whole work truck of items stolen. Place is also full of millions of cats that have fleas so probably if you have pets dont move here either, probably if you also dont like getting your stuff stolen.

  Have been at Park Place for a year and a half now! We love it here. My family and I feel safe and comfortable. If there is an issue, maintenance will take care of it within a timely manner. The grounds are also clean and location is great!

  Beware. You don’t get to see their move out assessment and they deduct from your damage deposit no matter how well you leave it. We took pictures and they didn’t, but that didnt matter. Cleaning fee is mandatory, even though the lease doesn’t state that it is. Not the place for you if you are a good tenant. @ParkPlace - please don’t respond with a note to contact your office to chat. We have already done that.

  Recently moved in and it’s been very quiet and relaxing. Everyone around the complex is very nice and so is the staff, any questions or concerns are always answered right away! Love being here!

  I love living at park place. The maintenance crew is great! Whenever I need something fix I don’t hesitate to call and someone comes over to fix it within the week.
