  These are newly built apartment complexes and town houses for lease. Layout and look is very modern, and so are the amenities. Staff is communicative and helpful. Love the palm tress, basketball court, fresh vegetable garden, pool, jacuzzi, gym. SPECIAL THANKS TO SHAUNTIA for being super patient, calm and helpful throughout the leasing process for my incoming move. Their units go fast so if you like something i recommend fill application soon :)

  My fiance and I had the honor of getting a tour about an hour or 2 after calling to check for availability. Leasing manager Ashley was so sweet funny and extremely helpful. This place is beyond beautiful definitely looks like the pictures online if not a million times better. If you are looking to rent anywhere this would be the place. No doubt! Thanks again Ashley for being so helpful today.

  I would not recommend this property to anyone. We are currently living here and they have not live up to their agreement with us. Furthermore they continually want to blame others for their issues.
