After living at Willow Tree apartments for over seven years, it holds a very special place in our hearts as a family. We experienced so many wonderful milestone here. For any family, the location is hard to beat having South High School right next door is an incredible advantage, and the mgmt team is consistently great with responding to any repair work. The neighborhood is also wonderful for evening jogs and daily walks. A solid, comfortably place to call home for anyone looking in the area.

My mom and I lived here for 10 years. I had to relocate to Northern California and was so sad to leave Willow Tree Apartment. The Management Team was always super helpful, especially Cynthia and the maintenance team! This is the perfect location for schools, shopping, restaurants & the beach. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a beautiful , peaceful, and accessible place to live. it’s also pet friendly which was perfect for our two pups.

I've been living at Willow Tree for about 15 years and have loved the convenience of the location and amenities. A big plus to living here is what's walking distance from apartments as well. H-Mart, Salvation Army, Sprouts, CVS, ROSS and THEE BEST DONUTS right next door. It might as well be attached to the apartments. I also appreciate how much work goes into the upkeep of the property by the staff keeping the pools, the halls, the and the common areas nice and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a cozy apartment with close proximity to the beach because It really feels like early retirement living here and even more so that the beach is a 5 minutes drive or a 15 - 20 minute walk.

Willow Tree Apartments in Torrance is a wonderful place to call home! The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Maintenance is especially impressive—they respond quickly to requests and make sure everything is taken care of promptly and professionally. The property is always clean and well maintained, which really shows how much the staff cares about the community. The location is also fantastic—conveniently located near beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, and everything you need. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living here about 13 years, and overall, it has been a wonderful place to call home. Over the years, I’ve really come to appreciate the comfortable atmosphere, convenient location, and the sense of community. The staff are very helpful and professional and do a good job of providing any feedback. The property is also a great location for families looking for schools in the area as well. Very close to the beach also! Overall very safe and comfortable apartments!
