  My family of four, including our two children, lived in a 2-bedroom unit here for four years before recently relocating out of state. Leaving was bittersweet because this community truly felt like home. Our first-floor, north-facing unit was amazingly comfortable year-round. Even during the summer, it stayed so cool that guests would often ask if we had the air conditioning running when we didn’t! One of the things we loved most was the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. CVS, Ralphs, urgent care, and several restaurants were on the same block, while Sprouts, H Mart, Starbucks, banks, a taekwondo studio, and many other shops were just across the street. It made everyday life incredibly convenient. The management team was always friendly, approachable, and helpful. The leasing office had a welcoming atmosphere, and we always felt valued as residents. There was something for everyone in our family. Our kids loved the large swimming pool, my husband enjoyed the gym and sauna, and I appreciated having a laundry room close by. Because the community is so spacious, our children were able to play with their school friends, and it was easy to coordinate rides and carpools with other families. We made many wonderful memories here over the years, and we’re truly grateful for our time in this community. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to live, I would absolutely recommend it.

  I moved into the Willow Tree apartments as a temporary situation as I transitioned into a new phase of life. Today, 12 years later I am moving on to the next phase. My experience at the Willow Tree has been nothing less than amazing and I will always have great memories of the people I met while living there. The apartments and grounds were always well maintained and if any issues came up they were always quick to fix them. They have great amenities for anyone looking for a relaxing lifestyle from pools to tennis courts, gym, sauna, game rooms and walking paths there is plenty of space outside of your apartment to enjoy. Now while nothing is ever perfect I had a great experience living there. From the office staff to the maintenance team everyone was always very friendly and professional and that was a big reason I settled in and stayed as long as I did. Thanks again to you all for making this chapter of my life a good memory.

  Office staff are very rude and unprofessional The apartments are old The rent goes up significantly every year The apartments are infested with spiders and termites I would not recommend moving here at all Management has been extremely disappointing and consistently avoids taking accountability. There have been concerns with mold and ongoing insect issues within units, which is not only frustrating but raises a serious health concern. When these issues are reported, they are either ignored or not properly resolved. On top of that, there was a very dangerous incident where the garage gate collapsed on top of my car while I was inside of the car. Thank God I survived. I reported it to management, and as expected, they did not take accountability. Rather than going back and forth with them, I ended up paying out of pocket to repair the roof of my car. What's even more concerning is that I also witnessed the same garage gate collapse onto another tenant's car as well. Additionally, I recently experienced a situation where a new tenant accidentally used electricity connected to my unit, causing my bill to increase. Even after reporting it, management did not resolve the situation fairly, and I was left paying for someone else's mistake. Overall, this has been a very frustrating living experience. I take pride in being a responsible tenant with excellent payment history, and it's disappointing to feel that concerns are not taken seriously. I would strongly encourage others to very carefully consider their options before moving here. It's not worth the stress. Situations like this reflect a larger pattern--tenant concerns are not handled fairly or responsibly. Health and safety concerns are a huge issue here. As someone who pays rent on time and maintains my unit, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism. At a certain point, it just becomes exhausting constantly having to follow up and not feel heard. I've ultimately decided it's not worth the stress anymore and will be moving out. I would genuinely and strongly caution anyone thinking about living here to carefully reconsider. Please don't be fooled by the positive reviews--Remember, office staff know how to present everything well when you're in the process of signing a lease. Give it some time, and the reality of living here becomes very clear.

  Extremely rude and unprofessional management. Instead of helping with an Amazon delivery, staff mocked me and the manager was disrespectful and dismissive. The low rating of this place is well deserved.
