  Wonderful home for nearly four years – exceptional staff and a perfect place to begin our family We lived at Willow Tree Apartments for almost four years, and it truly became the beautiful beginning of our family’s story. From the moment we moved in, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. They were consistently kind, professional, and responsive—whether it was handling maintenance requests quickly, helping with lease questions, or simply greeting us with a smile. Their genuine care and attention turned what could have been just an apartment into a real home. Willow Tree gave us a peaceful, well-maintained place to start our family and build the foundation for the next chapter of our lives. We’re so grateful for the wonderful years we spent there and for the outstanding team that made it special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, supportive community to call home.

  Pretty solid apartment complex. Has plenty of washers and dryers in the buildings that are usually easy to access, the pool and hot tub are pretty nice and the complex and units are generally well kept. Location is convenient to as its <10 mins drive to several grocery stores and beaches in Redondo & Torrance.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Place to Call Home My wife and I had the pleasure of living here for the past four years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This community offers an impressive combination of amenities, affordability, and excellent management that makes it stand out from many other apartment complexes in the South Bay area. The property has everything you could ask for, including a large swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, beautifully maintained green spaces, a clubhouse, and plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. The grounds are always clean and well cared for, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Cynthia and Judith Garcia were always professional, friendly, and responsive. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they were there to help and made us feel valued as residents. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their prompt service and dedication to keeping the community in great condition. I know every community receives mixed reviews, but our personal experience was very positive. We found that management was fair and respectful, and as long as residents follow the community guidelines and treat others with respect, there are generally no issues. It is clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining the property and providing a quality living experience. After four wonderful years, we are moving on to a new chapter, but we leave with great memories and appreciation for this community. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, affordable, and amenity-rich place to live in Torrance. Thank you to the entire team for making our four years here such a positive experience! Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My family of four, including our two children, lived in a 2-bedroom unit here for four years before recently relocating out of state. Leaving was bittersweet because this community truly felt like home. Our first-floor, north-facing unit was amazingly comfortable year-round. Even during the summer, it stayed so cool that guests would often ask if we had the air conditioning running when we didn’t! One of the things we loved most was the location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. CVS, Ralphs, urgent care, and several restaurants were on the same block, while Sprouts, H Mart, Starbucks, banks, a taekwondo studio, and many other shops were just across the street. It made everyday life incredibly convenient. The management team was always friendly, approachable, and helpful. The leasing office had a welcoming atmosphere, and we always felt valued as residents. There was something for everyone in our family. Our kids loved the large swimming pool, my husband enjoyed the gym and sauna, and I appreciated having a laundry room close by. Because the community is so spacious, our children were able to play with their school friends, and it was easy to coordinate rides and carpools with other families. We made many wonderful memories here over the years, and we’re truly grateful for our time in this community. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to live, I would absolutely recommend it.

  I moved into the Willow Tree apartments as a temporary situation as I transitioned into a new phase of life. Today, 12 years later I am moving on to the next phase. My experience at the Willow Tree has been nothing less than amazing and I will always have great memories of the people I met while living there. The apartments and grounds were always well maintained and if any issues came up they were always quick to fix them. They have great amenities for anyone looking for a relaxing lifestyle from pools to tennis courts, gym, sauna, game rooms and walking paths there is plenty of space outside of your apartment to enjoy. Now while nothing is ever perfect I had a great experience living there. From the office staff to the maintenance team everyone was always very friendly and professional and that was a big reason I settled in and stayed as long as I did. Thanks again to you all for making this chapter of my life a good memory.
