  We needed to sell the family home in Inglewood and picked Jason and the Lowery Group after reviewing three agencies. What a great job Jason and his team did. The house was sold very quickly at a great price; all the little glitches were handled smoothly and quickly and escrow actually closed early. Communication during the sale was continuous and documents were executed expeditiously. Jason Lowery Group was a great find!

  At first, I didn’t trust a realtor who may not know my area, Santa Clarita. I thought this would never work. To my surprise, Jason and Lori went to work like the true professionals they are.   Our experience with The Lowery Group was simply incredible. From start to finish, Jason and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you, as the buyer, are happy with your purchase. My wife and I recently began our search for a new home with Jason; and we truly appreciated how able, amiable, and available he was. From the start, he took great care to make sure we understood how the process works; and helped us to develop a better understanding of how to meet our end goal. He was kind, very patient, and genuine - qualities that helped to mitigate much of the anxiety from looking for our new home. He gave great attention to detail and maintained clear and regular communication by email, text, and phone. He also provided us with access to a very handy phone app which we were easily able to use to review listings together. And our relationship did not end with the last signature. Jason helped coordinate a smooth transition as we settled into our new home. He connected us with trusted service providers for those several repairs and modifications we wanted to make after our purchase). We simply could not imagine going through a real estate transaction with anyone else!

  The lowery group is the best Realestate group there is. Jason lowery is professional, efficient, dedicated, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. From the time I first sat down with Jason at his office I felt comfortable and felt like my goals to be a first time home buyer we’re definitely going to be achieved with the help of the lowery group. From start to well after finish Jason goes over and beyond to get the job done. I practically called every other day and Jason has always made himself and his team available to assist me with every detail and question. An boy did I have many questions because I’m very new to home buying. Jason provides step by step plans to effortlessly achieve buying the home in the area u desire with the details you want and can afford. No one gets turned away because if there is something you need to achieve your goal whether it’s fixing your credit getting first time buyers assistance or what have you the lowery team has your back. I can not express how thankful I am to Jason and his team and my family is very happy with our home and it would not be possible if it wasn’t for Jason and his teams dedication and determination to get the job done. If you want a home and a honest realtor who isn’t out just to make a sale who will treat you like family not sugarcoat anything and tell you the pros and cons to achieving your home buying goals then you definitely want to go with the Lowry team they get the job done.
