- LVLalita vMar 13, 20132.0The manager Adam seems but is not friendly. The apartment we lived in lower level had major plumbing issues. The toilet flooded frequently and the dirty water was all over bathroom and on to the carpet. I had to throw away many rugs and sanitize the home every time it happened. Inspite of all the mess, the manager kept all our deposit didn't return a dime. We were going out of state and had no time to argue with him. Other apartments might be ok...but beware of this manager.
