  The knolls is a great place to live. The location is great and offers easy access to the open space adjacent to the property for hiking and mountain biking. The amenities make living here like living in a five star resort. The pools, tennis court, pickle ball court, pools, spas, fitness room, gym, dog park and playgrounds are great and reflect the dedication of the office staff and maintenance crew. In the office Shannon, Lynn, Evelyn, Adam, Joanha and Herubiel will help you through anything and their attention to detail drives any need or request to success. The maintenance staff of Troy, Derrick, Oscar, Raul and Ernesto make sure everything works and looks great. They are always on top of things and respond immediately. Always smiling and always making things happen. When considering a move into an apartment complex, the Knolls and their staff create a sense of community and support and they make you feel reapected and appreciated and part of a community. They treat you like family, without all the "family" drama, disfunction and that one drunk uncle that makes every gathering awkward lol. Dave

  We love our apartment here at the Knolls, is spacious, in a quiet position in front of a swimming pool. The location is on a safe, beautiful and quiet area, not far from the shops, surrounded by parks, mountains and hills with many trails to walk. The neighbors are nice people, so the whole staff, from the maintenance to the main office. So we're happy to renew our rental for another year. We recommend this place.

  I lived here for 2 years (recently moved out). Like all complexes, they'll squeeze every penny out of you but what makes this place great is the AMAZING maintenance staff! They are kind, professional, and they get things done fast and done well! I cannot say enough good things about every single one of these guys. They really make the complex feel safe and homey. 4 starts for the complex but 5+ stars for the maintenance team!! My dog Flynn and I will miss them.

  Been living here since June. I read a lot of reviews before moving here about management being slow to send maintenance and about random people hanging out at fences. I can say that I have experienced nothing like that. Management has been quick, friendly, and overall great. Never seen a single “weirdo”. Thank you Knolls for providing and up keeping my home!

  Awesome place to live with great management and maintenance crew. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi too
