  Tried to tow my car, even though it was in a spot with no roof, NO CONES and didn’t receive ANY EMAIL saying there was construction and couldn’t park there. I called the office and they said “ well, do you drive in and out of the complex every day? well, then you should’ve been able to see the cones” SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Ya i can see the cones I’m not blind but next time put a cone in the spots you don’t want people to park in or better yet ADD MORE PARKING

  It will soon be two years since we moved to Knolls, and my family and I are truly happy to call this place our home. We are very grateful to the entire team, from the office managers to the maintenance staff. Everyone is always kind, helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need anything. Knolls is peaceful, beautiful, and always very well maintained. The pools and grounds are always clean, and there are beautiful flowers and greenery throughout the year. Our neighbors are very friendly, and some have become so close to us that they feel like family. Whenever we come to the office with a question, we always receive help right away and feel genuinely welcomed. My husband, our children, and I feel very comfortable and happy living here. After almost two years, we can truly say that we love Knolls and are very grateful to call it our home! ❤️

  Good luck if you have an after hours emergency or even during office hours, the management company has done nothing to address our concerns. after living here for seven years the quality of the management has only gone downhill renter beware.

  Arboles exit can be very hazardous.
