  Everything has been difficult with getting this apartment. I was in the office four hours to just fill out an applications then the app wouldn’t let me pay my deposit because they had my birthdate. Every app they give me has been difficult to use. I just filled out the way I have to pay my rent, not only does this app add another $14 to my rent but it says it will just take out the money automatically on the first when I would would rather have control to pay it at the time I would like to deal with it. Also I have above stairs neighbors(and I’m sure this isn’t their fault) but every time they walk it feels like my ceilings are going to come down. I don’t sleep well because I hear there snoring very loudly. So far this has been a nightmare. I haven’t a working nails key since moving in. That’s two weeks going on three. I wished I never moved here.

  If you want to hear leaf blowers and grass cutting 5 days of the week early in the morning and getting debris blown into your apartment, move in. They waste money on landscaping but won’t pay a penny to fix something in your apartment

  Updates on work order were good, I just had trouble figuring out which system we are submitting work orders in. I submitted in Rentcafe, got updates in Happy and Yardi. So this is just a little confusing - efficiency could be improved. Edgar and Kathleen did a good job getting it done once the Work Order was clearly established. Washing machine works great again, thanks!

  This review is for Edgar from maintenance. He's so knowledgeable, quick and kind. Very thankful for him especially as we just moved in.
