  My wife and I had one of the nicest experiences possible at the leasing office. Keira C did and excellent job providing us with all the information we needed to lease an unit in this building. She was highly professional and a trustworthy person for this type of transactions. I would highly recommend her and her services, I was very satisfied with our experience.

  Over the past few years, they have provided exceptional service and maintenance. They have always responded promptly and have been incredibly courteous and meticulous in their work. Recently, Edgar has consistently come through on all maintenance requests with utmost perfection.

  Sofi Thousand Oaks is a fantastic place to live. I’ve been here for three years and have truly loved it. The property is very well maintained, conveniently located, and close to all the stores you need. It also backs onto a beautiful greenbelt with rolling hills, which makes the setting feel peaceful and scenic. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and are always thinking of new ways to make life better for residents - Taco Truck Fridays, Christmas gift-wrapping stations, the works. I love living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering moving to the area.

  The A/C in my unit needed some attention, and the maintenance lead Kenny did a great job. Kenny demonstrated his experience and knowledge and was able to get everything working again easily. My maintenance request was filled promptly thanks to the management office, and I'll be comfortable when the warmer weather arrives later this week. Kenny was also working with a team member named Edgar who did a great job helping Kenny, and personally took care of a smaller maintenance task I'd been meaning to ask about right there on the spot. Good job, Sofi Maintenance team!
