Luke has been amazing throughout the leasing process and helped get everything set up for me in a short amount of time, which made the move-in experience feel so smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has also been excellent. Any time a repair is needed, they are always on time, professional, and helpful. The property itself is gorgeous, lush, and beautifully maintained with flowers, trees, and peaceful walking areas throughout. It’s also a great place for my pup to enjoy long walks in a safe and quiet environment. The community feels calm, welcoming, and very well cared for. The amenities have a true resort-style feel, which makes living here even more enjoyable. I’m very happy to call Arroyo Villa Apartments home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet, and pet-friendly place to live.

The staffs in the office especially John and maintenance personnels are very nice, friendly, helpful, accommodating and professional people. I lost / misplaced my IPhone and Sheiny found my phone and turn it in the leasing office. I'm glad and thankful for the services they provide and offer. Great experienced indeed!
