- TLTracy LaytonAug 14, 20265.0I want to give a BIG Shout Out to Mr. Jose and Mr. Kevin who are the Maintenance Magicians at Arroyo Villa! Both men really know what they are doing!! They work quickly! They are always respectful, humorous, friendly, more like family than just staff. I always feel safe with them in my apartment and this kind of relationship is one of the main reasons I rent at AV! They deserve Big Raises and I will think about leaving if they leave! They’re the BEST!

They are always there to help you out and requests would be taken care of so quickly. The community itself is really quiet and peaceful. I have loved living here! The leasing team is also very prompt when it comes to responding. Happy happy being an Arroyo Villa resident.
