What happens is, once we hit a certain number of SOLD 10k Elite Homes, we throw a big party for those buyers agents! We have our local real estate board attorney come and emcee the event to make sure we all stay on track, and that evening we’ll award a $10,000 commission to someone who represented a buyer on one of those Elite homes.
