  My family and I moved to Temecula nearly two years ago, and one of the very first connections we made was with Toshimi Minami. Not only did Toshimi help us settle in and navigate a new city, he quickly became a dear friend to our family. Toshimi and his family are as warm, welcoming, and genuine as they come, and their impact on this community can be seen everywhere — from youth baseball to district advisory boards and beyond. We truly could not have asked for a better, more trusted family to connect with than Toshimi and the Minamis. What stands out most about Toshimi is the way he consistently shows up for others with integrity, kindness, and a genuine desire to make the community better.

  This group is incredible. The fastest Escrow we’ve ever been in! The process from beginning to end was extremely smooth and the team who worked with us were courteous and responsive. Every phone call was picked up, every question was answered. In particular, Cassandra, Jerry, Janet, and Anna, were on top of their game the entire Escrow period, and even after, they checked up on us and were available to reach out to if we had any concerns. To this day I will stand by this Realty group. If you want people who are dependable, communicative, understanding and supportive, go through Malone!
